YourHouse Sa Sini, quiet finca with private pool

Welcome to this finca with private pool and garden in Búger, in the north of Mallorca, where 6 guests find a quiet place for a fantastic holiday.



Búger is a small village, 20 km away from the beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. In 10 minutes by car you reach Sa Pobla or Inca, where you find restaurants, supermarkets, shops and petrol stations. By car you have easy access to the Tramuntana mountains and the picturesque villages such as Caimari, Valldemossa or the monastery of Lluc. Apart from that, you can visit the caves of Campanet, go cycling or hiking. A car is necessary.



After a day full of activities, there is nothing better than swimming in the private pool, enjoying the last rays of sun with a barbecue or simply reading a good book on the sofa on the porch. Inside there is a nice kitchen with bar, fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, cooking utensils and oven. Next to it, there is a small room with chairs and air conditioning. Then there is another living room with sofa, air conditioning, satellite TV and books.



To relax, you can choose between 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds, wardrobe or chest of drawers, and one of them in the attic. Apart from that, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, a hairdryer, a cot on request, a washing machine and a fireplace in the living room/kitchen.

Electricity supplement: 0.35 Eur / kW (to be paid on the day of departure to the owner).



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.



Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
