Peaceful Condo, Spacious, Walk to Town & Market

The Landlord whereby notifies the Tenant that 1. That no more than _4_ persons will occupy said premises. 2. That pets of any description be appropriately cared for in such a way as to not disturb neighbors or damage the property. This includes keeping dogs leashed at all times, taking the dogs off-premises for toileting and ensuring that there is no noise due to barking 3. The Tenant will be responsible for all damage or breakage and/or loss to the Premises, except normal wear and tear. 4. The Tenant will leave the premises the same general and good habitable Condition. 5. The Landlord will supply the Tenant's own bed linens, towels, extra blankets to be left in the linen closet. 6. The Tenant agrees to allow the Landlord to enter and view the premises, both inside and outside: A) To inspect the premises. B) To make repairs thereto: C) To show the same to a prospective Tenant 7. Dangerous Materials - Landlord or Tenant shall not keep or have on the premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the premises, or that might be considered hazardous materials. 8. The Landlord agrees to supply fixtures and household furnishings. 9. The Landlord and Tenant state the rental of these premises is for a vacation or recreational purpose. 10. Adhere to the 2 car per condo unit limit. 11. Strictly observe the check-out time to ensure that the unit can be cleaned for the next guest. The cleaning crew will not come in while you are there. To stay longer, please get clearance from owner to stay past checkout time. Failure to observe can result in $25/hr extra charge for each hour delay.
