First floor 520 sf unit in a historic 3 unit floater home.

Featues include: Wifi/cable, AC in Bedroom, gas fireplace in living room, granite in kitchen and living room, small bathroom with shower, washer/dryer in unit, exclusive use outdoor patio, on- site parking for 2 cars, bike rack.

A Corner of Heaven

This was the second time we've stayed in this beautiful place. It is furnished and equipped so thoroughly and thoughtfully that it seemed our every need was anticipated. It is a quiet, lovely setting, convenient and serene. We left fully restored, regretting only that we couldn't stay longer. We'll hope to come back again!

Beautiful, Quiet Provincetown Jewel

This lovingly renovated unit is an ideal place for a quiet, romantic retreat. it is situated on a tucked-away cul-de-sac, a pleasant walk or bike ride from the center of town or from the beach. We spent mornings under the trees on our private deck drinking coffee and listening to the unending invention of the bird's singing. It is comfortable, with a kitchen that was easy to use, and a thoughtfully designed living area. We had a perfect Provincetown vacation there.

Wonderful Getaway!

Cute, comfortable and inviting place, appointed with all the needs to make it a great space for a week away for two! Owner was very responsive to questions and inquiries through out the process. Great location, just steps from West End Beach, five minute walk to Ptown Inn, and ten minutes to the center of town...close enough to be part of all Ptown offers but far enough away to disconnect and refresh! Nice private outdoor space to enjoy down time, and owner assured they were working on fixing the outdoor shower in the near future. A great place to call "home"!!

Great location and nice set up

Loved staying at 5 Point St this past week. The location is perfect, and the flat was very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. It is a great place for one person or a close couple. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and spacious living area with a beautiful outdoor space and a back yard to give a great sense of home. Quiet setting. The bathroom might be cramped and small for some, but was of no concern for me. The one downside is that the east facing bedroom windows are covered with shutters, so the room fills with indirect sunlight at 6am. Beautiful if you are a morning person and a great way to start the day, but not so great if you are not. That being said, I would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed this gem. Great location, clean and well maintained. The property manager was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again.
