Stunning Sea Views In Every Room - Very Private

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. Every bedroom has seaviews and is very spacious. Two of the bedrooms walk out to the terrace. Something that sets this flat apart from many places in Spain is the peacefulness you'll encounter. You won't hear loud motorcycles buzzing by in the middle of the night nor entire conversations by neighbors. This is a very tranquil, beautiful spot on the coast. Every morning you can hear the birds singing and have your coffee/tea on the terrace with a breathtaking view.

The master bedroom, the 'Japanese Retreat', has an attached bathroom and comes complete with king size bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV in the room. The second bedroom, the 'African Safari', has a queen size bed and walks out to the terrace. The third bedroom, the 'City Escape', has a double bed along with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed. The living room and dining area are completely covered with windows, so the views are amazing. The kitchen and laundry room are towards the back of the flat. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped. The washer is in its own large room off the kitchen with an open air breeze to allow your clothes to dry throughout the night.

Enjoy complimentary toiletries that we hope will help to make your stay even more comfortable and stress free.

There is a garage spot reserved for your stay and is only a few feet from the elevator that takes you to the flat. There is a nice pool as well as a children's pool and play area that is open to our guests. The entire residential area, including pathway to pool, is handicap accessible.

Our flat is about a five minute drive down to the beach. There are a couple of incredible restaurants that are about 1/2 mile away. Closer to the beach, there are many other options for restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping areas.

We offer free wireless internet throughout the house and will have the instructions and password waiting at the house for you. Our flat is baby and toddler friendly that includes the following amenities: high chair, toddler table & chairs, crib & bottle warmer. We also have an X-box and games for your enjoyment.

Additional services we offer are airport pickup/dropoff as well as welcome food packs (great for late night arrivals!).

Our flat is our home that we're opening to people like you. We had originally planned to live there, but due to a job opportunity my husband and I had to move back to the U.S. We hope you can enjoy it since we can't! :)

Great apartment. Location is a little out of the way but we found it easy enough to get to and from with taxis on bolt or Uber. Master bedroom is a great set up with en suite and the apartment has everything required for a stay. Host communicated everything to assist and Jane made the checking in and out smooth

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war vom 1. Kontakt bis zum Check out sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt etwas höher, daher auch der tolle Ausblick. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder.Alles war gut.

La atencion de 10, a pesar que el propietario vive fuera, el unico pero que Jane, que es la persona encargada en recibirnos no habña castellano. Las indicaciones en papel solo estan en ingles, estaria bien una copia en castellano. Pero vaya, solo por dar alguna sugerencia, lo demas todo genial, el apartamento tal y como sale en el anuncio, amplio y bonito, una terraza enorme, que si pediria poner un toldo porque por la mañana da todo el sol y se agradeceria para poder desayunar en la terracita, pequeñas mejoras que se podrian hacer. Gracias por todo!! Hemos disfrutado mucho de laa vacaciones. Un saludo

Schlechteste Wohnung die ich je angemietet habe

Die Wohnung entspricht in keinem Fall den Darstellungen im FeWo Portal. Mehr noch, in meinem bis heute 75-jährigen Alter, habe ich noch keine so abgewohnte Wohnung gemietet. Bei Übergabe der Wohnung bemerkten wir schon, dass die Wohnung sehr, sehr kalt war. Über die Klimaanlage die Wohnung warm zu bekommen funktionierte nicht. Ein Techniker erklärte uns das die Kapazität der Klimaanlage nicht ausreicht. Auch haben wir mittlerweile festgestellt, dass die Einrichtung der Wohnung im höchsten Maße abgewohnt und zerschlissen ist. Dies hat man bei den Couchgarnituren probiert mit Decken zu kaschieren. Also war die Wohnzimmer - Couchgarnitur schonmal nicht zu nutzen, da man, wenn man sich raufsetzte, gleich auf den Boden sank. Also konnten wir abends nur auf den Esszimmertischen sitzen. Das gleiche galt für die Schlafzusatzcouch in einem der Schlafzimmer (hier konnte kein Mensch auch unser Enkel nicht darauf schlafen) sowie für die zerschlissene Couch auf dem Balkon. Die Krönung des Ganzen war, Ungeziefer Ameisen im Wohnzimmer und Silberfische im Bad sowie das unzureichende Kücheninventar und Bettzeug 1. Es gab kein Bettzeug für 8 Personen (die Wohnung wurde für 7 Erw. und 1 Kind 12 Jahre gebucht) sondern nur für 7 Personen. 2. Eine vollkommen verkalkte Kaffeemaschine, die wir 3-mal versuchten zu entkalken, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Hieß, jeden morgen mindestens eine halbe Stunde warten, bis der Kaffee durchgelaufen war. 3. Nur 2 kleine Töpfe – keine großen Töpfe 4. Keine ausreichenden Tassen 5. Keine Eierbecher 6. Keine Schüssel – mussten uns selber eine große Salatschüssel und Sieb kaufen, um wenigstens mal einen Salat machen zu können. 7. Keine scharfen Messer – mussten uns ein Brotmesser kaufen, um wenigstens Brot schneiden zu können. So könnte ich weiter und weiter aufzählen: 1. mit einem Pool der 4 wochenlang nicht genutzt werden konnte, da vollkommen verdreckt. Alle anderen Pools in der Umgebung waren top sauber!!! 2. Kaputte Toilettenbrille, 3. verrosteter Wäscheständer 4. kaputter Fernseher im Schlafzimmer habe aber keine Lust mehr, bin bedient bis Oberkante Unterlippe.

Net appartement. De keuken ligt nogal afgelegen. Voor een verblijf met 3 kamers nogal beperkt keukengerei, onder andere de kookpotten vallen klein uit. Er stond een versleten driezit zetel op het terras wat veel plaats wegnam. De dames die ons ontvingen waren zeer vriendelijk waardoor men zich snel gerust gesteld voelde. De ligging van het verblijf is een heel eind van de kust, de weg er naartoe is op sommige plaatsen heel stijl. Men zit op een hoogte van 200m. boven de zeespiegel. Het geen wel voor een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Bij klaar weer kan men enkele lichtje van de Marocaanse kust.

A lovely holiday, good value, but flat didn't quite match our expectations from website

Nice apartment, well furnished & equipped, but not quite 'huge' (each room appeared a little smaller than expected from the photos). Lovely balcony bathed in sunshine from first thing in morning until late afternoon (late October), but photos don't show all the other apartments surrounding it: although the area was virtually deserted & no noise from neighbours when we there, it did seem a bit claustrophobic & noise might be a different story in high season? A very friendly welcome & goodbye from Jane, the English agent, who was always available by phone for any maintenance issues or queries. Internally, walls are paper-thin, so if in ensuite bedroom be prepared to hear every use of the shower, sink & toilet in the other (main) bathroom (obviously owner can't do much about this, but you might want to bring ear-plugs). Advertised as sleeping 8, but the 5 of us needed to ask for more mugs early on so we didn't have to wash up after every cup of tea. A tray would be useful for carrying everything between kitchen & balcony. The 'complimentary toiletries' are a nice welcome, but you'll need to bring/buy your own as they'll only last one go! Good black-out blinds in all rooms. Nice pool area, open & maintained even in late Oct, although water quite cold. I'd say closer to 10 mins drive to beach, & you'll need a car for everything (beach/shops/restaurants/gym), as apartment is perched at top of the hill overlooking Calahonda. Only 5 min's to/from AP7 motorway, so well connected to the airport & whole of the coast.

Wij zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Jane. De woning was super schoon. Er was voldoende beddengoed en badlakens voor 7 personen in de woning aanwezig. Omdat wij voor langere tijd in het appartement verbleven was er zelfs gezorgd voor dubbel beddengoed zodat wij de bedden halverwege konden verschonen. De keuken was onvoldoende uitgerust wat betreft kopjes, drinkbekers, schaaltjes e.d. voor 7-8 personen. De zithoek bood eveneens onvoldoende plaats voor zo'n grote groep.

Es un piso muy agradable con unas vistas fantásticas

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento, las habitaciones son muy amplias. A los niños les encantó tener una XBox para jugar (es su punto álgido del viaje jejejeje). Los desayunos en la terraza, maravillosos (y eso que hemos ido en diciembre). Lo único que echamos de menos fue un mantel/hule para la mesa, porque yendo con niños suele haber accidentes y tuvimos que hacer un viaje de urgencia al súper a por unas balletas. ¡Muy recomendable!

A perfect family apartment which contains all the space, storage and ancillaries needed to enjoy a holiday in Spain's Costa Del Sol. The community is gated and secure with its own pool facilities. It is located on a hillside so a car is an absolute must but worth the investment in order to get around and you get your own parking space in the garage. Fully air conditioned, The rooms all have double beds, 2 bathrooms and an adequate kitchen. The views over Calahonda are great, so all round just what we wanted and we were not disappointed.

We had an amazing holiday staying in this lovely apartment. It was spacious, clean and in a lovely quiet location. We had the pool to ourselves most evenings and enjoyed the nightly ritual watching a family of wild pigs in the scrubland below. Just be aware that a car is essential for the location and there are not many bars or restaurants within walking distance.

Stunning view and very peaceful

The best feature of this property was far and away the view from the balcony. Second, was the attention of Jane, the property manager. In addition, the apartment was spotless; the beds were very comfortable and Jane responded immediately to any of our questions or concerns. There are a few reasons that I am not giving this property a five star review. First, the kitchen was smaller than the picture made it appear, and not very well equipped. Secondly, we were only given one key for the property gate. We were two families and it was decidedly inconvenient to try to coordinate this since the gate is two parking garages and a hill away from the apartment. Also, you should be aware that this property only has one parking spot. This didn't turn out to be a problem, because there were lots of empty spaces, but still, it could have been. Lastly, the air conditioner turns off automatically after two hours, so you may find yourself having to get up at night to turn it back on. All in all, however, we had a great time and even saw the wild pigs several times!

Tolle Unterkunft, mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung von Jenni und Jose sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation und Absprache war stets freundlich und schnell und die Verwalterin Sally ist ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. In dem sehr ansprechend eingerichteten Apartment findet man alles was das Herz begehrt. Sogar Sonnenschirme und -Stühle für den Strand. :) Der Standort eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Ein Auto ist aber unabdingbar. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment. The welcome by Sally was fantastic and very warm. A very friendly and hospitable woman. We immediately felt welcome. She provided us with all the information we needed to have a good stay in the apartment. The apartment was well equiped, cosy and very clean. Very quiet location in the mountains with an amazing view. The supermarkets were easily reached by car. Central point from which we were able to explore the area well. We had good contact with Jenni by mail, she informed us very well and sent us all details and information about our stay.

The Spanish Olive apartment

The Spanish Olive was a bright, spacious well maintained apartment. We loved the decor, the views, the lovely designs and themes and all the special little touches which made us feel at home. Sally, the contact person, is an angel and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh, it felt like a 5 star hotel. She met the love of her life, Jose, in New York City. Jose grew up in Fuengirola, Spain (lucky guy). We had a beautiful little wedding ceremony in Mijas Costa, of course, where else? Now we're working through the U.S. immigration process (not fun) so Jose can move to the U.S. We both LOVE to travel and we're so happy that we found our wonderful flat so we can go back and visit.

Why they chose this property

We settled in this beautiful little part of southern Spain, Calahonda because we fell in love with the beauty of the flat, the undisturbed views (we might be biased, but we have the best views of the coast). It's completely private, unlike many flats in this area. Due to a great job opportunity, Jenni moved back to the U.S. and Jose is working through the U.S. immigration process. So we've decided to rent our home in Spain.

What makes this property unique

Our flat has sea views from every bedroom. You can hear the birds singing every morning. It is a wonderful place for families or couples alike. We wouldn't choose any other place to live, because the privacy and tranquillity that our flat has to offer is not to be found anywhere else. Every room is oversized, including the bathrooms. It's not a typical Spanish flat with tiny spaces.
