This was our first trip to Porto. The management group, Liiiving, staff was responsive to the several non-critical issues that we noticed: disrepair of privacy fencing on the balcony, broken shower knob, broken frying pan. None were critical but they did their best to address everything. The unit next door is abandoned and dilapidated so the privacy fencing makes a difference.
The check-in process is clunky - we had to go to the Liiiving offices to pick up the keys which was an extra Bolt ride and very inconvenient.
The unit was spotless, though, and the staff even put up balloons for my wife’s birthday.
The location is a bit far north but it is right on the Metro (yellow) line at Marquês and there is a bus stop right outside the front door.
I probably would choose a location closer to the river but that’s the only reason.
