Cozy up in our Historic & Sunny Terrace, a charming apartment filled with natural light in the heart of the city. Well-located and close to everything you need for a great stay. Ideal for your vacation, busy professionals, or an unforgettable weekend.

For your convenience, this apartment features a spacious terrace, washing machine, and air conditioning.
The Space:
You will have at your disposal a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a wonderful terrace with a view of the city.

Access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The main attraction of the street where it is located is Breyner 85, a cultural and nightlife venue primarily dedicated to live performances.
You will be on the street parallel to the famous Miguel Bombarda street. It has supermarkets, restaurants, bookstores, retro-cool furniture shops, alternative décor, design, fashion, music, and the famous art galleries.
Only 600m from the Crystal Palace, with beautiful gardens and a magnificent view over the Douro River. Don't miss the Romantic Museum or the Soares dos Reis Museum.

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever you need.
The nearest metro station is "ALIADOS", but there is also a wide network of buses at your disposal.
Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a charge will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – fee upon request.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown on your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 150€. If the limit is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
