With a blend of modern comfort and historical character, it accommodates up to 14 people in seven spacious bedrooms. The property can also be expanded by combining with the adjoining "La Clairière" cottage, ideal for larger gatherings. The owner has thoughtfully preserved the home's history while adding soft lighting and cozy details, making it a true reflection of their family legacy. The ground floor features a large living room, dining room, cozy TV room, and a billiard room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom, and WC. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace and expansive outdoor space. The first floor includes several bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, including the “Valley” parents' suite with a balcony, and “The Orchard,” “The Forest,” “The Garden,” and “The River” rooms. A small adjoining room, “The Underbrush,” offers an additional bed. On the second floor, “The Meadow” and “The Stream” both offer double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The large, wooded garden (60 ares) is fully fenced, featuring a stream, small pond, and petanque ground. Private parking is available for up to six cars, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 220,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
