The property can also be expanded by combining with the adjoining "La Clairière" cottage, ideal for larger gatherings. The owner has thoughtfully preserved the home's history while adding soft lighting and cozy details, making it a true reflection of their family legacy. The ground floor features a large living room, dining room, cozy TV room, and a billiard room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom, and WC. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace and expansive outdoor space. The first floor includes several bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, including the “Valley” parents' suite with a balcony, and “The Orchard,” “The Forest,” “The Garden,” and “The River” rooms. A small adjoining room, “The Underbrush,” offers an additional bed. On the second floor, “The Meadow” and “The Stream” both offer double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The large, wooded garden (60 ares) is fully fenced, featuring a stream, small pond, and petanque ground. Private parking is available for up to six cars, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. A security deposit of EUR 220,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
