Lovely villa with swimming pool and large outdoor space, surrounded by the countryside and a few minutes away from the magnificent coast of eastern Sicily.The villa spreads over the ground floor, with access from a tiled path leading to the entrance, which opens onto the bright and spacious living room furnished with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all amenities, including an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle. In the same room guests will find a dining table, a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a TV wall unit. The interior is in the shades of blue, which reminds of the sea and gives a relaxing atmosphere to the entire villa.The first bedroom is provided with a queen-size bed, whose headboard is decorated with a floral pattern, the same as the nightstands. The second one is equipped with two single beds and a blue nightstand. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.The villa features an annex with a third bedroom with a pool view, which is fitted with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.The highlight of the property is the wide outdoor space with a swimming pool at the center, which comes with a sheltered patio decorated with an outdoor lounge and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying delicious meals in the open air. At guests’ disposal facilities such as the air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, and the heating pump.Guests will benefit from a private external parking space inside the building.Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
