Molto accogliente

Sia la casa che la gente del paese è molto accogliente. Con 5 bambini ci siamo trovati benissimo perché la casa è sicura e spaziosa sia dentro che fuori. Un posto perfetto per visitare città, andare in spiaggia e agli scogli. Le cose che ci mancheranno di più: la cucina e doccia esterna, e Martina!

maison méditerranénne

Grande maison parfaite pour 2 familles, très typique avec un petit esprit espagnol.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les différentes terrasses et le jardin, superbement paysagé, avec des petits coins qui permettent de s'isoler un peu lorsque l'on est nombreux!Tres proche de la mer et ds une impasse, donc en retrait de la circulation. L'accueil des propriétaires est des plus sympathiques et leur présence très discrète!l'équipement est très bien, il manquerait cependant une cafetière électrique,appréciable qd on est nombreux.....Cependant,la proximité d'un club de plage avec des animations nocturnes plutôt sonores ont quelque peu nuit à notre sommeil! Même si c'est les vacances, nous aurions apprécié de le savoir à l'avance. Mais Fontane Biance est une station balnéaire et il semblerait que les fêtes nocturnes soient courantes dans ce quartier résidentiel!Malgré tout, je recommande vivement la situation de cette belle maison pour visiter le sud de l'île!

"Casa stupenda in un contesto incantevole, assolutamente tranquillo e con affaccio sul mare davvero unico. Le camere sono grandi ed accoglienti anche per gruppi numerosi. L''ubicazione è poi strategica perchè permette diverse escursioni sia su spiagge che su scogli."

contesto meraviglioso,tranquillo a pochi passi da una baia cristallina,la struttura della villa e del rigoglioso giardino garantiscono un ottima privacy ma al contempo si tova vicinissima al centro della località balneare. una villa di gusto con varie tipologie di locali e terrazzi che ti danno la possibilità di trovare in ogni parte della giornata l'angolo fresco o soleggiato a secondo dei desideri del momento.ho trovato buone le atterzzature e la pulizia in corrispondenza all' annuncio.

"villa in contesto veramente unico rispetto al mare ed alle bellezze della zona, l''appartamento risulta essere carente di attrezzature e quelle che ci sono sono ormai datate e carenti di manutenzione come ad esempio i letti(tutti, ed eravamo in 8) hanno reti e materassi da sostituire."

La villa è stupenda locata a quaranta metri dal mare con un giardino di 2000 mt curatissimo e molteplici ambienti esterni ed interni non convenzionali. Ideale per ogni tipo di soggiorno dallo studio alla vacanza ha un sapore familiare e nei mesi di bassa stagione e adattattissima per ritrovarsi. Vicinissima alle più belle spiaggie di Siracusa.
