Nice bungalow, clean, everything you could wish for, my only complaint is that it felt a little claustrophobic

Thanks for taking the time to review us and glad you enjoyed your stay at the Beach House. Most of our customers enjoy the spaces we have and the open plan kitchen. All the best Maxine.
The shower room is very small, and they need to get rid of the mats as they are too flimsy and are a trip hazard , beds are comfortable overall a nice place ,

Hi Wendy. Thank for your review and so glad you enjoyed your stay. The shower room is as the website picture and description and of course we have another bathroom. I will take a look at the mats on my next visit. All the best.
The Beach House was a lovely place to stay, it had everything we needed and the grandkids were thrilled to bits by the collection of toys and books. It's very close to a great beach and an easy walk into the centre of Mablethorpe.

Thanks so much Jill for your lovely review. You were great customers welcome back any time. Hope to see you again at Beach House Mablethorpe.
Very quiet area, beautiful place to stay, everything you need is in the bungalow.
Only 10 mins to the town, and 5 mins to a lovely beach.
Would reccomend.
The Beach House is a great dog friendly place to stay on a lovely quiet street. The garden is safe & secure with plenty of places to sit. The open kitchen / dining area extension is a great space to chill and cook with loads of utensils and pans. The double bedroom was comfortable and the en-suite a great addition. We didn’t use the lounge much as we were out a lot, but is another great space to relax. The welcome hamper was amazing & really great to have milk, orange juice & bottled water in the fridge. The Golden Sands beach was dog friendly and absolutely beautiful. A quick shortcut to the beach is to turn right and walk round the corner along the street called Golden Acre. Walk between the houses at the end, cross over the bridge with the white railings and then straight across the main road and up the steps. It’s a bit of a hike up and over the dune but you come out straight next to the Seaview Cafe. Straight from there is the dune down to the beach.Maxine was a great host checking it to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return again as a house is our preference to a static caravan of which seems to be a popular choice for rentals on the Lincolnshire coast.

Thank you Jaqui for your review that is so positive and helpful to future guests. I am so glad it was an enjoyable stay at the Beach House and hope to see you again in the future.
Lovely location, plenty of room for four of us at the cottage, kids enjoyed the toys. Nice welcome from owner who kept in touch to ensure we had what we needed. Quiet location.
The 3 of us (me, wife and Markam, our little cavvie) had an excellent long weekend here in June. A very short walk to the dog friendly beach, which Markham loved, decent pubs nearby, and the beach house ideal for rest and relaxation when not out doing things.

Our first customers so won't forget you! Hope to see you again.
The property was fabulous. It catered for all of us. Nice to see children’s entertainment there for some down time.It was close to all amenities. Quiet little cul de sac which was lovely. It surpassed our expectations as we had never used VRBO before. Maxine was great when we asked questions and quick to respond. Would use again.

Am so sorry you couldn't get the console to work. I will get my son (the expert!) to look into it. Hope to see you again.
What a lovely bungalow. Plenty of space indoors and out. Only a short walk from the beach with a large Tesco just down the road. Maxine the host was very helpful and we will definitely be booking again.

You were great guests and hope to welcome you again.
The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your lovely comments, happy you enjoyed your second stay 😊 see you next time.
Had a fabulous 3 night stay, the cottage is a real home from home accommodation, everything you could possibly need is available, really comfortable in evwry way plus a fabulous garden to relax in, we were blessed with realky good weather which made the stay evwn better, literally a 5 minute walk tot he beach and local attractions, the host Maxine is available if needed and she even asked what wine we would like on arrival which was a lovely thought, would definitely recommend .
The property was lovely but on a residential street and no view of the sea- expecting too much I suppose as it was as said a 5 minute walk away up steps and through a dune
The property was very tastefully decorated with many chill out spaces and Mablethorpe was good - smaller than Skegness

Grandma and 3 grandchildren aged 7, 9, 12. Really enjoyed our stay in Bungalow and the area. E.g wave pool, lollipop train and bowling, beach,,fair, arcades and circus. Bungalow homely. Sofa bed untested. Would reccommend.
Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service.

We had a great stay at the Beach House. The beach is very close and we have made many trips. On rainy days we could make ourselves comfortable in the lovingly furnished house. We lacked nothing. We especially liked the garden - and so did our dog. :-) The hostess Maxine was very kind and always available and helped us with questions. In summary: We had great holidays, for which the long journey from Switzerland was definitely worth it! :D

This beautiful beach house is perfect for a family break away. The house is one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. Maxine left everything you could need and more! Thank you so much! Literally 5 mins from the beach, or ten mins from the town, perfect location! The house was that lovely, if we didn’t need to go out, we wouldn’t of cared! The garden was beautiful too! Honestly a fabulous house and host! Amazing!

About the host
Hosted by MAXINE MAYWAND
We have had a beach hut in Sutton on Sea for 7 years and have been travelling to Mablethorpe for many years before this. Our boys loved it as kids and now still enjoy holidays here. Our youngest is 19 and still loves to spend time here. We have now taken the plunge and bought a house, decorating it in the beach style we knew it would suit. There is something for everyone in the area and the locals are super friendly. We also are lucky to have a holiday home in Sax Alicante which you can also find on this website, should you fancy an overseas trip (country villa with pool and bar).
Why they chose this property
fantastic location to beach and town. Newly renovated this year. Modern, stylish and fresh. Warm in winter too with great wood burner. Home from home with lots of facilities, free wifi, smart tv's, things to occupy the kids. Parking, private and street. Garden with outdoor furniture and bbq Many local attractions for the family, Seal Sanctuary, Mirage entertainment centre, Go karting, golf, water park at Grange leisure, weekly market, car boot sales in summer
What makes this property unique
Perfectly located very close to beach which has parking and cafe. Minutes also to town, walking distance. New Tesco supermarket round the corner Cinema in walking distance 20 minutes from Skegness if theme park Fantasy Island is required. Blue flag beaches and activities for all the family
