Beach house 200m to beach.Stylish, Modern Sleeps 6. Suit Summer or Winter break

The Beach House is a home from home. Everything you need for a relaxed holiday by the sea. Complementary drinks and snacks. Tea, cofee and condiments including our own organic olive oil. A stylish property with plenty of fenced garden, bbq and garden furniture. 2 flat screen tv's and things for the kids too. There is an xbox and wii plus board games and books. Only 5 minutes walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. There is a cafe and seating there, plenty of parking if you don't want to walk. There is a lovely friendly little cinema with muliple screens just round the corner also. The centre of town is also only a short walk or drive. The Beck pub and restaurant is only down the road. Cedar's bar just around the corner showing all the sport as long as other entertainment.
Mablethorpe is a family friendly place, blue flag beaches with tradional seaside entertainments. There is a small fun fair, golf, go karting, The Seal Sanctuary, Donkey Sanctuary in the next village. Skegness is the next big town with larger attractions such as Fantasy Island theme park, 20 minutes drive away. Sutton on Sea is a short drive from Mablethorpe where there a lots of pretty beach huts and more. There is a water park only 5 minutes drive at Grange Leisure Park.
The Beach House is also suitable for your winter break. A warm house with central heating and a wood burner. A home from home with a beach just around the corner for bracing walks and exercise.
In Summer guests can help themselves to the fruit, berries and herbs growing in the garden. Quiet in Winter but still pubs and restaurants open. Tesco, Lidl and the Co op all close. Electric charging available at Tesco's.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave the property clean and in good order. If bbq used please clean. Extra cleaning will incur charge. Pets must be cleaned after.
Do not use wood burner unless highly experienced as it is large and very hot. If used in winter please clean after use.
Pets: Just one pet allowed. Not on furniture or beds flea treated, clean up after. 10£ pet fee per dog. Discuss with the owner before the booking.

The Beach House was a lovely place to stay, it had everything we needed and the grandkids were thrilled to bits by the collection of toys and books. It's very close to a great beach and an easy walk into the centre of Mablethorpe.

Very quiet area, beautiful place to stay, everything you need is in the bungalow. Only 10 mins to the town, and 5 mins to a lovely beach. Would reccomend.

Lovely Little Place

The 3 of us (me, wife and Markam, our little cavvie) had an excellent long weekend here in June. A very short walk to the dog friendly beach, which Markham loved, decent pubs nearby, and the beach house ideal for rest and relaxation when not out doing things.

The property was fabulous. It catered for all of us. Nice to see children’s entertainment there for some down time.It was close to all amenities. Quiet little cul de sac which was lovely. It surpassed our expectations as we had never used VRBO before. Maxine was great when we asked questions and quick to respond. Would use again.

What a lovely bungalow. Plenty of space indoors and out. Only a short walk from the beach with a large Tesco just down the road. Maxine the host was very helpful and we will definitely be booking again.

Comfortable short break

The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay, the cottage is a real home from home accommodation, everything you could possibly need is available, really comfortable in evwry way plus a fabulous garden to relax in, we were blessed with realky good weather which made the stay evwn better, literally a 5 minute walk tot he beach and local attractions, the host Maxine is available if needed and she even asked what wine we would like on arrival which was a lovely thought, would definitely recommend .

The property was lovely but on a residential street and no view of the sea- expecting too much I suppose as it was as said a 5 minute walk away up steps and through a dune The property was very tastefully decorated with many chill out spaces and Mablethorpe was good - smaller than Skegness

EXCELLENT AREA AND ACCOLODATION.

Grandma and 3 grandchildren aged 7, 9, 12. Really enjoyed our stay in Bungalow and the area. E.g wave pool, lollipop train and bowling, beach,,fair, arcades and circus. Bungalow homely. Sofa bed untested. Would reccommend.

Lovely holiday

Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay at the Beach House. The beach is very close and we have made many trips. On rainy days we could make ourselves comfortable in the lovingly furnished house. We lacked nothing. We especially liked the garden - and so did our dog. :-) The hostess Maxine was very kind and always available and helped us with questions. In summary: We had great holidays, for which the long journey from Switzerland was definitely worth it! :D

Family Break

This beautiful beach house is perfect for a family break away. The house is one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. Maxine left everything you could need and more! Thank you so much! Literally 5 mins from the beach, or ten mins from the town, perfect location! The house was that lovely, if we didn’t need to go out, we wouldn’t of cared! The garden was beautiful too! Honestly a fabulous house and host! Amazing!

Brilliant mini beach break location

We had a lovely time with our two kids and small dog. The property is in a great location with the beach very easy to walk to and the high street only a little further. (Salty’s fish and chips was only a 10 minute walk and is well worth a visit!) The property was very well equipped with a lovely garden area which was great to unwind in with a glass of wine and the sound of the sea in background. Two TVs meant there were no arguments from the kids when we weren’t out exploring and they both slept very well in the twin bedroom. We had a wonderful time and will likely be back in the future.

Great holiday house!

The house was lovely, very homely and we loved the beach themed decor. Communication from the owner was excellent. We loved the basket of goodies in the kitchen, and the bottle of wine in the fridge! There are lots of toiletries provided which are handy too - shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, shower gel. There are also games and books, and a few toys. Maxine helpfully arranged for some extra books/toys to keep our children occupied, which was very much appreciated. The house is in a nice quiet residential street, 5 mins walk to a lovely beach. We would recommend the food at The Beck, it was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Home Away from Home

The house in general was very nice. The area was so nice and quiet - exactly what we all needed. The house itself was very well equipped for a great family holiday or a romantic getaway! The kitchen had everything you need and more and was stocked with food in the case you had forgotten something at home. Even the sofa bed in the lounge was really very comfortable. Xbox and Wii for the kids and board games to play!!! All in all a lovely property. We felt very much at home. The beach was a stones throw away and was really lovely.

We have had a beach hut in Sutton on Sea for 7 years and have been travelling to Mablethorpe for many years before this. Our boys loved it as kids and now still enjoy holidays here. Our youngest is 19 and still loves to spend time here. We have now taken the plunge and bought a house, decorating it in the beach style we knew it would suit. There is something for everyone in the area and the locals are super friendly. We also are lucky to have a holiday home in Sax Alicante which you can also find on this website, should you fancy an overseas trip (country villa with pool and bar).
