Woodbine Cottage

Nice cottage, just right size for 3 adults and a child. Lovely mezzanine bedroom and glorious garden. Excellent for dogs with fully enclosed, good-sized, lawned garden and very close to huge beach which is dog-friendly all year round. Great communications and service from host Tim.

Lovely and Relaxing

The property was of a high standard. The king sized bed was really comfortable and a joy to sleep in. Also loved the rainfall shower, no shortage of hot water. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. The garden was well maintained and pretty. A very short walk to the beach so ideal location. My only criticism, and it is a small one, is that there was no hairdryer. To be honest I didn’t need it and I didn’t check beforehand if there was one so it may not be on the list of amenities. I was particularly surprised to see a charging cable at the bedside which was a great idea. All in all a lovely relaxing break. Thank you Tim and Dee.

Woodbine Cottage

Pleasant early spring break with the dogs. Accommodation has secure garden and only two minutes from the dog friendly beach. It’s a pleasant walk into Mablethorpe either on the beach or via the walkway. Accommodation has everything you need
