Holiday homes for 4 guests in seafront one-bedroom apartments on the first floor of a complex with swimming pool that is 10 meters away from the beach, between San Foca and Torre Specchia Ruggeri, near Melendugno.
The apartments are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, kitchenette, toaster oven, tv, internet, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, safe. In the property there is a laundry area at disposal of the guests. Pets are allowed.

The
seafront one-bedroom apartments (n. 12, n. 13, n. 14) are on the first
floor of the complex, reachable by the outdoor stairs that arrivers on a
big patio with solarium. The apartments share the entrance.
The
units are refined, cozy and bright and consist of a living room with
open kitchen, dining room and 1 double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with
air conditioning, 1 full bathroom. Moreover, there is a balcony with
view on the sea and outdoor dining area.
The services of the holiday complex in San Foca
The
guests of the seafront one-bedroom apartments on the first floor of the
complex share its services. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the
garden, surrounded by beach beds and umbrellas, outdoor equipped areas
and fitness areas.
The guests share, in the complex, the large garden with bar, showers, entertainment area with beach tennis court and playground with giant chess and checkers sets, Jacuzzi with solarium, a small pond and a botanical path.
In the hall of the complex there is a pool table and sofas. The laundry area is shared and it`s on the basement floor of the complex, where is also a storage room for beach equipment. The private and reserved parking is near the building.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Optional bed linens change, 15 euros per person.
- Optional bathroom towels change, 10 euros per person.
- Optional tidying up of accommodation without change of linen and towels, 25 euros for day.
 - Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared and by fee launderette.
- Shared washing machine, Ping-Pong, Jacuzzi and beach tennis field.
- All units have a common hallway before access to individual two-room apartments.
