A sophisticated, contemporary, apartment for 4 people, just a two-minute walk from the middle of Chamonix.

This third-floor apartment (with a lift) has been elegantly decorated throughout. The bright living room has a large glass door leading out onto the balcony with mountain views. Outside there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy an aperitif. The sitting area has a sofa and armchair as well as a flatscreen TV. The cosy room is divided by a high dining bench with 4 chairs. Behind this is the well-equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and coffee-making machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is just off the living area and has a double bed.
Bedroom 2: The cosy bedroom is 6-square-metre in size and has a bunk bed and is perfect for children.

Location
Centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities, the apartment is just a 1-minute walk from L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas are also close by.

Chamonix is well-known for its wide variety of both winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and hammam, which is open all year round. In the summer there are numerous options including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery, horse riding at the Centre Equèstre de Mont Blanc (13-minute drive), rock climbing at Lac des Gaillands (7-minute drive) mountaineering, paragliding, a large outdoor pool and tennis. The town is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages – several of these are right on your doorstep.

Geneva airport is a 75-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc railway station, which offers free services to other resorts, is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Great location but noisy as advertised
This place has a fabulous central location and is a really good value - likely a great choice for many travelers but I can’t recommend it for travelers who keep earlier hours. The listing accurately advertises a noisy location and this is 100% no joke. The Irish pub underneath (at least in the summer) has outdoor seating and had people yelling 20 feet under our window until 2:30am every night we were there. Since it was summer and there’s no AC it would be quite stuffy and warm without the windows open - so we were forced to choose between absolute screaming and sweating in our beds. Even if we had the windows closed it would still be noisy. Not a great choice for families with kids who want to be in bed by 10, but may be great for those who are up partying until 2am anyways. Otherwise the property is as advertised and priced well. Small, basic amenities, but quite functional and in a central location to restaurants, the bus, train and Aiguille du Midi. Building feels a bit dated even though the unit itself has had some renovations. Cleanliness of the bathroom left a little bit to be desired with some moldy spots in the shower. Property Management company was great for Checkin and checkout. Overall I think they’ve accurately described this property but I felt it necessary to emphasize the noise since it did impact our overall enjoyment - all this said we still had an amazing time in this stunningly beautiful area.

Loud, small and uncomfortable
Location is perfect and the view is perfect however it is very small, very hot and right above 4 bars that are open all night. So choose to roast to death in the tiny appartment with not one fan available and keep the windows closed to block some noise or open the windows and hear all the bar patrons like they are in the bedroom with you. All the beds are very uncomfortable as well.
