The apartment has three bedrooms on the first floor; two double rooms and a bunk room. These flexible sleeping arrangements mean that this is a great choice for families or groups of friends of up to 6 people.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils provided for a self-catered stay in Chamonix. Guests will have access to free underground parking (available on request).
Personal transport, however, is not necessary, with the nearest bus stop just a 1 minute walk from the apartment, and the nearest train station just a 2 minute walk away.
Chamonix Sud is a mini-centre of its own close to the town centre, housing a number of different apartment residences in addition to shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and bars all located around a central square.

Nice stay in Chamonix in family friendly apartment
Very nice apartment with free parking underground. Perfect location: quiet place except some traffic, beautiful view, close to the center of Chamonix and very close to bus and train station, which you can use for free (included in the rent). Fine service from the bureau that made our booking and our stay smooth and easy.
We were only provided with one set of keys, whereas two sets would have been convenient for 6 persons.

The place is as advertised. Kitchen and common space are good, though I was only 1. I imagine there is room for 3-5 though it would be tighter with 4+. Bedrooms were fine and as expected. There is a circle staircase to get to the bedrooms. Kitchen had all the expected items to cook in when I wanted. Location is excellent to access all you’ll want. Would definitely stay again.

Small and cozy, lacks a good kitchen but the location is everything.
The property is very small but cozy. We had 5 people and I think having 6 people would be pushing it. It is listed as advertised. The kitchen is lacking and the small size and lack of appliances does make it hard to cook. That being said, the location of the apartment is amazing for any Chamonix stay. I would stay here again. It was unclear in the description but there is a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

Lovely little apartment conveniently located across the road from Chamonix Sud bus stop for coaches to/from Geneva airport and local buses. A short walk from the town centre and a couple of minutes from l’Aiguille du midi telepherique. Decent supermarket, pizza restaurant and other eateries on the doorstep, not to mention the amazing view onto l’Aiguille du Midi.
The apartment is on the third floor but is served by a couple of elevators. Slight inconvenience is the need to collect keys and drop off at the agents, but the walk is only about 5 minutes away and easy to find using instructions. Amazing communication from Agents from the start. Property clean and offers among other microwave, dishwasher, 2 hobs (no oven) and 2 toilets. Only downside was lack of washing machine, but if really needed there are a number of launderettes in Chamonix. Already dreaming of returning!
