The property worked well for our needs and is in a great location in Lincoln. Close to the Castle, Cathedral and Steep Hill. Lots of good pubs and places to eat nearby.

Excellent location inside the city centre. House is very spacious and owner is very accommodating with great and prompt communication.
Great location, very close to the cathedral, and plenty of cafes/restaurants/shops nearby. Main shopping area 10 mins walk. Parking opposite is very easy and lots of spaces. House is very clean and the host very helpful.Note that the bunk room is accessed through one of the other bedrooms.
Very well located with plentiful car parking spaces opposite. Loads of pubs and eating places very near by. Very close to the main Lincoln attractions. The house was in good order, well equipped, clean and with a useful outside sitting area. Highly recommended. The only small issue was a check in and out time confusion as those provided by the host were different to what VRBO says and despite agreeing times direct with the host the cleaners still arrived before the agreed time. It wasn't a big problem though.
The only thing about the stay is having to check in at 4.00 normally it is 3.00 and then check out is 10.00. Also no freezer and no mention of it. Great location and plenty of room so no other issues
We have spent a lovely few days in Lincoln to visit the main attractions in the City. The house is in a perfect location for the old part of the City and everything was easily walkable. The car park opposite is also very handy. The house itself is comfortable with everything you need for a few days stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and modern although bedrooms are fairly basic and would benefit from more pillows on the beds as only 1 per person. The house has a lovely atmosphere backing on to the old castle walls which are lit up at night. The road outside the front of the house is fairly noisy with traffic, although it does really quieten down later at night. We would recommend staying here.
