Apartment on the 1st floor in Nassau textile complex, located 250 meters from El Playazo Beach, with free WiFi (optical fiber), air conditioning/heating, TV with Spanish channels, and south facing terrace.

Maximum capacity 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with access to the south facing terrace. Free parking space available in underground garage.

In Nassau textile urbanization, with elevator, communal pool (open in July and August) and gardens. Several bars and restaurants about 100m and a large supermarket about 800m.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / reservation is allowed (with supplement). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH).
