Enjoy your holiday rental in one of these apartments with air conditioning / heating, parking, and terrace with direct access to the communal swimming pool. Special offers available for long stays during low season. And additionally, pets are welcome!

Each apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 adults, as it features 2 bedrooms (one of them with nest beds of 80 x 200). It also has 1 full bathroom with bathtub or shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with Smart TV.

Located in the Alborada Residential Complex, a textile urbanisation about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.

There is a bus stop very close by so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside apartments is prohibited.

Voor de negende keer langere tijd in dit appartement verbleven. Alle benodigde luxe bij de hand. Op loopafstand van de horeca. Het appartement kan eengebruiken. Inloopdouche i.p.v. bad. Hang- en sluitwerk is aan renovatie toe.

Goed toeven in Alborada

Wij vinden het heel prettig dat het in Alborada lekker rustig is en dat de bars en restaurants op één minuut lopen te vinden zijn. Het appartement is heerlijk licht en ruim. De tijdspanne waarbinnen broodnodige reparaties en vervangingen gerealiseerd worden. We weten dat het Spanje is, maar het duurt soms weken of zelfs maanden om iets gerepareerd te krijgen. Dit ligt o.i. zeker niet aan Inma, maar meer aan het systeem in Spanje. Ook het bad vervangen door een inloopdouche op dezelfde plaats is aan te bevelen....

El entorno, los servicios y su cercanía a la playa son una maravilla, la chica que nos preparó el checkin fue muy amable y nos explico algunas calas para snorkel y restaurantes de las zonas cercanas que nos ayudaron a mejorar aún más la estancia

Ya estuvimos el año pasado para nuestra Luna de miel y este año decidimos celebrar nuestro aniversario... Y siempre que podamos será así. Nos encanta todo. Ubicación, instalaciones, ... Lo tiene todo. Volveremos seguro. El tema de la limpieza a nivel comunitario. Las zonas comunes en algunos sitios les falla, pero eso es problema de la comunidad no del apartamento.

Gran apartamento muy cerca de la playa

El apartamento está muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario (extras) para disfrutar unos días en la playa. Está muy cerca de la playa (textil), a unos 7 minutos andando desde el apartamento. La piscina es espectacular y muy limpia. Dispone de 1 terraza muy amplia y totalmente equipada. Para cualquier necesidad siempre estaban disponibles, muy amables en todo momento. Desde mi punto de vista, a pesar que la terraza es impresionante, estaba muy expuesta a la zona común de la urbanización, un toldo o cortina haría un espacio más privado y más cómodo para los inquilinos. El horario de silencio no se respetaba siempre, a partir de las 0.00 había grupos de niños dando voces (12-14 años) y resultaba molesto. Con respecto al baño, aunque estaba muy limpio, por tema de covid, cambiaría por norma la escobilla del baño en cada alquiler.

Muy Buena opción .

Apartamento amplío, limpio y con una urbanización muy cómoda. La piscina genial y el Paddel bien . Tiene lo básico y bien cuidado. Cerca de la playa. Los canales internacionales de la tv no funcionaron pero tampoco hacia falta. No se por que en la terraza hacia mas calor que en el resto de la urbanización.

Vacaciones fantásticas!!

Apartamento muy limpio, con pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa. Servicio del personal que nos atendió muy bueno. Muy recomendable para vacaciones en familia. Algún pequeño electrodoméstico necesitaría un cambio, el tostador sería uno de ellos. El cepillo y fregona deberían ser cambiados más a menudo ya que es muy desagradable encontraremos con restos de los anteriores inquilinos

Vacaciones de 10.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento. Es moderno, cómodo y la zona de la piscina muy cuidada y muy limpia. Hemos tenido la suerte de que estábamos al lado de la piscina, con lo cual nos ha resultado comodísima la estancia. Unos apartamentos estupendos, la terraza maravillosa. Los recomiendo sin dudar. Y seguro que repetiremos. La zona muy tranquila para desconectar y más ahora con la situación del covid. Zona ideal. Todo positivo. El tema de los horarios de entrada y salida quizás. Pero tuvimos la suerte de poder salir sin prisas. Gracias por las facilidades. Muy amables. Un saludo.

Wir kommen wieder und haben schon gebucht!

Wir haben innerhalb von 3 Monaten 2 verschiedene Appartements bewohnt. (Alborada bajo) Beide waren sehr gut. Die Betreuung von Inma Marchal ist vorbildlich. Der Pool darf erst ab Juni benutzt werden, obwohl er das ganze Jahr sauber gehalten wird.

misschien komen we terug.

Met de auto was alles goed te bereiken. Het zwembad was gesloten en ik miste een stofzuiger. Bij aankomst lag er veel stof onder de bedden en banken. Onder de kussens van de banken lag veel rommel. er lag overal stof volgens mij was er enige tijd niet schoongemaakt.

A mejorar: alguna balda en el baño para los accesorios de aseo, el.plato del microondas que gire dentro del mismo y un escobon para la terraza de entrada, que si llueve, como fue el caso, se pone de pajas y retamas hasta arriba y si limpias con la escoba de dentro la.estropeas. Una estancia genial

Es la segunda vez que estamos, vacaciones en familia con un alojamiento muy cómodo, playa cerca, piscina, y el apartamento muy bien. El único pero de este año es por la playa, no estaba limpia y el hecho de que los barcos atraquen justo en frente es una pena. Soy consciente de que poco pueden hacer por ello, pero es el aspecto negativo que vemos.
