Cottage situated on Airds Farm close to Castle Douglas

Comfortable, sunny 3 bedroom cottage with stunning views of Loch Ken. There is plenty of entertaining space inside and out with a relaxing hammock after a long day. Castle Douglas is a bustling town 7 minutes drive and the village of Crossmichael is a short walk.
We now offer the use of our new hot tub which you can relax in and enjoy the views

Perfect for weekend break with friends. Great spot to explore the area. Hot tub, fire pit and grounds wonderful. Definitely consider returning for our 26 weekend break.

Great property and location

A little confusion at the start about potential double booking but was resolved with no issues, great views and property, gutted we didn't get to try out the hot tub due to all the rain but thank you to the host

Stunning and relaxing location

Gorgeous property, remote but lots of great attractions near by. Although you may not want to leave the hot tub and the view of the lochHighly recommend the Thistle Inn for food, lovely menu and friendly staff.Host was lovely and welcoming, and her dogs our gorgeous. Host was lovely,, welcoming

Superb stay, the house, hot tub, location cows and dogs all added to an incredible weekend stay. Aided in no small part by the sun. Great communication from the host. A brilliant place to stay. Will be booking again.

Magical 21 birthday

The property is clean and well equipped. The country side is stunning and the hotub is right under the stars on a clear night. All the appliances worked well. Only complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper!

Nice location

Good location and nice neighbourhood but cottage inside needs lots of renovation! Lights outside hardly work so when you’re in the hot tub you’re in the dark( just the lights from the hot tub). WiFi very bad. Lady next door and her husband was very helpful and friendly however they are not o need of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again.
