Cozy Studio in the heart of Lapa | 5-min walk to Metro

If you are looking for a comfortable and bright apartment in central Porto, in a safe location, then this is spot for you! Our Cozy Studio is located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station of Carolina Michaelis, and has everything you need for a great stay in beautiful Porto. You will be able to enjoy the days in the city center and come back to the studio and enjoy a nice walk (about 30 minutes from the city center), or take the metro (about 10 minutes).

The studio is very bright and has a lot of natural light, a comfortable bed, television, a kitchen with all the needed amenities, and a bathroom.
And did you know that the most famous 'glorinha' of Porto can be found just opposite of the apartment, in Nandinha Pastry? These sweet snacks are delicious, and we warn you, quite addictive. We can already guess where you will be going at least a few times during your stay!

This spacious studio is located on the first floor and offers you a living and sleeping area with a comfortable bed, television, seating, and closet space to store your clothes during your stay. The kitchen has everything you need, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, cooking utensils, a generous fridge, and a dining bar to enjoy your meals at. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink and toilet.

The studio is located in the popular neighborhood Lapa, which both tourists and locals appreciate a lot. This is very safe area, with spacious roads and easy access to the metro. You will find unique shops, restaurants, café’s and supermarkets at your doorstep and you will be able to enjoy the real Porto amongst locals, whilst being near to the city center.

» Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a form with identity/passport information following the legal obligations stipulated by authorities in Portugal.

» Please note that city tax will be charged accordingly to local rules.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals from 21:00 to 9:00 a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

» We provide the basic amenities for the first use: toilet paper, washing machine capsules, bin bag, coffee , sugar and tea. Please let us know if you need extra or linen we will gladly arrange it with our cleaning team. Please note that additional charges will apply.

» Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or leaves the key in the inside of the door a fee of 60 euros will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of 80 euros will apply.

» There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €100 smoking fee (minimum).
