NE LOUER PAS CET APPARTEMENT, IL EST SALE,SOUILLÉ, ÉLECTRICITÉ PAS AUX NORMES

Après avoir fait le tour de l'appartement, nous avons rattrapé Madame SONIA COLLADO afin qu'elle nettoie l'appartement car le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis que les précédents locataires étaient partis. Les sols etaient sales,les ustensiles de cuisines plein de graisse,des poils de chiens partout sur le canapé,la machine à laver ainsi que le micro ondes sont rouillés, des spots sur le plafonnier de la cuisine tombent,les draps etaient sales et souillés des précédents clients, et l'électricité n'est pls aux normes,les prises ne sont pas fixées, on ne pouvait pas brancher nos appareils respiratoires. Nous avons donc demandé à Madame Collado de faire le ménage, elle a refusé en disant que c'était normal!!!! Elle nous a mis dehors de l'appartement,elle a gardé les clés et on s'est retrouvé dehors,à la rue en ayant payé 715 euros et sans logement pour nos vacances. Nous avons contacté jusqu'à 19h35 vos services ABRITEL mais personne ne nous a trouvé de solutions. Après vérification, j'ai constaté que vous êtes adeptes de ces pratiques,je suis donc avec mon ami comme témoin en contact avec mon avocat pour vous assigner, vous et Mme Sonia Collado au tribunal pour tromperies.
