The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two coffee makers (Italian and Tassimo capsules), ideal for coffee lovers.

Enjoy two private terraces: one glazed with translucent glasses and garden furniture to relax, and another uncovered perfect for outdoor meals under the sun. Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a fresh and comfortable environment at any time.

The urbanisation offers communal swimming pools (currently closed), well-maintained gardens, sunbeds for resting, and direct access to the beach through an illuminated underground passage, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the Costa del Sol and the Coastal Path, ideal for walks by the sea and exploring local gastronomy. Additionally, it has parking within the complex (unassigned, availability not guaranteed).

The apartment is located on a second floor without a lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is located just 200 metres from the beach, with views of both the sea and the mountain, and is close to multiple services such as supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, water parks and cities like Fuengirola, Marbella and Málaga, accessible in a few minutes.
