Stunning Luxury Apartment with Sea, Golf & Mountain Views! A hidden gem!
Luxury 2 Bed apartment situated in Golf Resort Torrequebrada. Set within beautiful maintained lush tropical gardens, a choice of 4 swimming pools including children's pool along with a safe & secure play area set within the complex. There are also WC facilities located near the swimming pools.
The apartment boasts panoramic views of Torrequebrada Golf course with sea, mountain & luxurious villas yet is only a short walk to the local beach at Los Remos, a supermarket & restaurants. Alternatively take a 10 minute leisurely stroll to "The Meeting Point" bar/restaurant located in Avenida Las Palmeras where you will find a Mercadona supermarket, several shops & restaurants.
On entering the apartment you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a washing machine & dishwasher which overlooks the lounge area. Directly in front of the kitchen you will find a very spacious 32 sq.mt modern lounge with a large double sliding door leading on to a good size terrace with rattan furniture, table & chairs for alfresco dinning & outside lighting. The lounge has a fireplace, dinning area with a table & four chairs, a large corner sofa with a modern TV unit & 50" flat screen TV offering several international channels including UK & WiFi. Off the hallway you have a spacious fully tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi style bath, overhead shower, heated towel rail & storage cupboard. There are two bedrooms both with double wardrobes. The main bedroom has a king size bed with its own private terrace which catches the morning sun & is an ideal place to take breakfast. The apartment is fitted with electrical operated shutters for convenience.

After spending many holidays in the area, we decided that the location of Torrequebrada Golf Resort was the perfect place for a home in the sun - close enough to all the amenities of Benalmadena but offering the peace and tranquility of an exclusive setting with open views to the sea, mountains & golf course from the spacious terrace.
What makes this property unique
This 5* luxury complex is in a quiet part of Benalmadina & yet only 10 minutes walk down to the beach which makes it the perfect location. The grounds are full of exotic tropical planting with a choice of 4 well maintained swimming pools to choose from so there is never any over crowding.
For those wanting to explore more of the area the train station of Benalmadena is only a short taxi ride away which will take you straight into Malaga town center with its stunning architecture, tapas bars & restaurants. A trip to the new port area of Malaga is also worth a visit where you can just sit & relax in one of its many water side cafes & bars.
