Great house and location...walk to the beach!

House was great. Perfect set up. Understanding the "app" is important for communication, which we never fully figured out. But that's more on me. Great customer service ... always someone available to call or text. Grill was not functional due to a valve leak, but we made due. Also, pool was fairly small, but was still refreshing.

Worst Experience Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was unacceptable. The management company did not inform me before check-in of the condition or that it would be cleaned the following day. The company told me it would be cleaned Saturday. When I checked in with them Saturday, they assured me that the pool had been cleaned and the pool company left the property. That was a lie. The retracted that statement and said someone would be out Sunday. Pool wasn't usable until Monday. I was told I would get a call from a property manager on 9/4. Nobody called. I called 5x during the week and didn't get a call back until 9/10. When I called them out for lying to me about the pool, they denied lying even though I have all of the text messages to prove that they did lie.Beautiful property. TERRIBLE managment.

Lovely Large Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was a wonderful reunion in a lovely, large home. The property is very convenient to the beach and the pool is a refreshing change from the ocean. The home is well appointed, clean, larger than expected. There were 10 of us and we were not on top of each other. All of the bathrooms were a bonus for our large group! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions. The beach gets crowded so arrive early!! Traffic on the road in front leading to the park nearby doesn’t follow speed limits so care is needed when walking to the beach access. Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping if that’s your thing. All in all, a great reunion in a fine home.
