About this property

Casa del Sol is centrally located mid-island - near to many restaurants, shopping, groceries, golf, and other activities. Our spacious and sunny beach retreat is tastefully designed with new wood-grain tile floors on the first floor, and an open floor plan that enhances its relaxing, southern charm. Two floors of covered side porches overlook a lovely, private pool and patio with grill where you can lounge in style. The five bedrooms are large and comfortable, featuring four queen beds, two twins, and a set of bunk beds, as well as a sofa bed in the office. Two pack n' plays and child's cots are available for little ones. There are three remodeled bathrooms adjoining separate bedrooms, an updated jack-and-jill bath connecting two bedrooms, and a half bath on main floor. The kitchen is well-equipped and efficient, with plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances. Five sets of french doors lead to balconies and add to the home's light and airy ambience.

Casa del Sol is just steps to the beach down a picturesque walkway, and is centrally located in the middle of the island.... You'll find restrooms, sand showers, and a playground on your short walk to the beach. We provide loungers, sand chairs, toys, two wagons, and a beach cart for your convenience. Hilton Head beaches are wide, clean, and the perfect place to relax and unwind!

Bradley Beach is close to Hilton Head's Chaplin Park which features soccer, basketball and tennis courts, trails, and another playground. Bike rentals, parasailing, go Carts, and miniature golf are all nearby as well.

Rental policies:

Rates: All quoted rates are for cash or checks. PayPal can be used for credit payments. A 50% reservation deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit: A deposit of $450 is due at the time of your final payment. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure assuming there is no damage to our home.

Check in/Check out: Check in time is Sat. at 4:00 p.m., check out is at 10 a.m day of departure unless other arrangements have been made with the owner.

Great house that lived up to the billing. Amenities were outstanding, location very good. Have not stayed in a house prior that had the amount of kitchen utensils or beach gear. Just outsanding.

Excellent Extended Family Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our three generation family vacation. This house is MUCH better than the pictures. It was decorated beautifully and had lots of new updates. The pictures didn't do it justice. Ms. Wiles was extreme responsive. We would definitely rent again😊

Perfect Hilton Head Home!

The house was exactly as described, lovely pool area, easy walk to beach, quiet neighborhood. From beach chairs and umbrellas, to rainy day games and puzzles to kitchen furnishings, we had everything we needed for a family week together. I would definitely come back!

Great Beach Stay- Make sure to ask for pool to be heated!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol with our family. It was very kid friendly with pack and plays, a cute bunk room, toys, and a bunch of beach gear. It was clean and comfortable. I missed the part in the listing saying you needed to pre-arrange for the pool to be heated, so make sure to do this. We were lucky enough to have them reach out during our stay to heat it (very cold if not heated!) so that's my big piece of advice. We also had no internet due to some outage, but Lisa worked to have that remediated as fast as possible.

We purchased our new beach home, 'Casa del Sol', as a retreat for our family and friends, have carefully furnished and renovated it, and offer it now as a beautiful destination for your family to create their own special memories.
