One-bedroom apartment for rent in the new 'Residencial Alegría XII' building, just a few steps from the sea and the beach. The 60 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. Everything is provided: furniture, appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), crockery, sheets and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless internet, Spanish television. The sea and Los Locos beach are literally across the street. The complex has an indoor pool and a Finnish sauna. Sauna services are charged separately. A supermarket and many bars and cafes are within walking distance of the building. Accommodation option: up to 4 people (strictly no pets!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

The check-in process is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends and holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am-3:00 pm, Sunday - closed. A 200 euro deposit is paid upon check-in.
