Cozy, Quiet Condo - Close to Boulder

FULLY FURNISHED and NEWLY UPDATED 1- Bedroom, ground-floor condo. Beautiful hardwood floors, lots of natural light, all new windows, A/C, washer/dryer in unit, private patio, ample parking right outside the unit. 30-day minimum stay.

My music studio is also in the condo (in a separate room from the rental) which I use one, sometimes two afternoons per week for piano and guitar practice. It has its own separate bathroom, but not a separate entrance. Both rooms are locked off when I'm not there and are not part of the rental.

Utilities, high-speed Internet, Smart TV, included. (No cable, but there is an antenna for local networks.)

Community amenities: Swimming Pool & Outdoor Hot tub, Beautifully Landscaped Grounds, Nearby Parks & Trails.

Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstands, own private bathroom and walk-in closet.

This is the best place ever!!!

This place is immaculate, and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions, no matter how trivial. For example, I did not understand how to start the clothes washer, and she offered to come right over (on Sunday night at 9 pm!) to help me. Fortunately, we were able to start it using FaceTime. But that is just an example of how she's willing to help make your stay just perfect. Very kind and also well organized! I found everything I needed for my month long stay right in place - very efficient. And the fireplace was so warm and welcoming. The location is ideal - minutes away from great food in Boulder and Longmont. We were not familiar with Longmont, and found all the retail we needed as well as several really good restaurants. We also enjoyed Coots Lake, Twin Lakes, and Boulder Reservoir - all within an easy drive. El Dorado was a little farther (30 minutes) but not to be missed either! I sincerely recommend you stay at this property. It is centrally located, minutes away from Diagonal Highway, and quiet, clean, and comfortable!

Great location, problem free stay

The condo is set in a park like area a few minutes north of downtown Boulder. Lots of walking trails connecting with the Boulder County trail system. In the same neighborhood as Leaning Tree and Celestial Season Tea. Unfortunately both were closed due to Covid 19 restrictions., as was the pool. Grocery store and a few restaurants are only minutes away. The condo was live-in ready with everything you'll need. Exceptionally clean.

Peaceful property in excellent location

Wendy was a wonderful host. Her place is filled with lots of natural light, beautifully decorated and in an optimal location —minutes from Boulder and local hiking. The pool and local parks were an added perk.

Gunbarrel Condo Hits the Bullseye

This condo was exactly what we needed...a neat, clean, nicely appointed unit located only a couple of minutes from the grocery store and five minutes from my daughter's house. There is a park & playground on the premises and a few hiking/bike trails nearby, including the Twin Lakes Regional Trail. If you desire trails with elevation, you can find them nearby beginning in the foothills on the West side of Boulder. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the dishes, pans, silverware, etc. we needed. The TV is connected to the Internet so Netfix and Hulu are available (assuming you have an account with them). Parking is close and plentiful. It was a pleasure meeting Wendy (the owner). During our stay, we had a number of conversations with her before and/or after her music lessons. I encourage you to give this place a try, but only if you promise not to book it during times I plan to visit again. :-) :-)

Originally from New York, I moved to Boulder in 1991. I have been a professional music teacher in my own private studio and in elementary schools for over 25 years, both in NY and CO.

For fun, I play in an all-women's marimba band. We play upbeat music from Zimbabwe and South Africa. We love it and it keeps us all young!

My husband and I live in the beautiful mountains just above Boulder.
