The Orchard is set at the end of a private road. The property is entered via a private gated gravel driveway which serves two properties.
The property features 5 bedrooms *2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with access to a Jack and Jill ensuite. *Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with ensuite) and a stunning family bathroom.
The Orchard accommodates up to 10 people.
The property has wifi, smart televisions in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with double electric oven and electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and iron.
Guests will enjoy the large open diner/living area with floor to ceiling picture window and bi fold doors leading to the wrap around south westerly facing patio area, paved seating area and large garden leading to a small woodland at the bottom of the garden.
We have external monitoring systems in place, comprising of a ring bell at the entrance and a camera on the side, these are overlooking the front of the property for security.

Lovely stay with friends and family. All amenities present although could have done with an additional oven tray. Plenty of hot water to enjoy the beautiful bath. Only thing we couldn’t find was a broom. Very responsive owner.
We decided to book a rental this year instead of staying at the local Hilton and we must say that this rental did not disappoint.
Firstly, Winnet answered messages promptly with detailed information. Instructions on how to access the property was provided on the day of check-in.
The family and I were very impressed with the structure of the house upon parking our cars. Once inside the house was spacious, modern and immaculately clean. I really like the choice of decor.
There were 10 of us in our party and we slept 2 in each room. Each room had it's own smart TV which kept the children occupied.
Just 40mins from Alton Towers, the house is located at the end of a peaceful road, with supermarkets within 10 mins drive and plenty of hot food takeaway options.
Our evening were spent in the large open plan kitchen and family room, drinking, chatting and playing card games.
We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We wish our house looks like that.
