Das Haus selber war schön eingerichtet, Auch die Lage war gut, Jedoch war die Klingel defekt und ein Fenster in einem Zimmer, wo die Sonne den ganzen Tag drauf stand, / Die Baustelle war unerträglich, In dem Zeitraum kam die Rüttelplatte von morgen um 6, bis nachmittags um 16 Uhr zum Einsatz, Direkt am Schlafzimmer standen die Container, wo Steine entsorgt wurden, Wir hatten die Hausnr 10 im 1, OG, Den Balkon konnte man durch die Baustelle tagsüber nicht nutzen, Es staubte, und man verstand sein eigenes Wort nicht, Laut Internet sollte die Baustelle fertig sein, Da ich eine Krebserkrankung habe, wollten wir ein paar Tage Kraft tanken, Deswegen konnten wir auch nicht den ganzen Tag über unterwegs sein, um den Baulärm zu umgehen, Es war so laut, dass wir sogar einen Tag eher abgereist sind, / Sehr schade,,,

We had a blast staying at this holiday home! It was perfect for our group of six, The kitchen was well-equipped which made cooking meals super easy and fun, I loved the gas fireplace for cozy evenings after a long day at the beach, The outdoor space was also nice for hanging out and enjoying the fresh air, Only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow, but honestly, we didn't mind too much, Would definitely come back!

Neue Anlage mit grandiosem Fördeblick

Wir waren für 3 Nächte über Silvester Gast in einer Wohnung von Dan Center im neuen Ferienpark Marina Wendtorf. Der Blick auf die Förde , den Yachthafen und das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet ist grandios. Allerdings ist das Areal noch völlige Baustelle, somit keine Infrastruktur, kein Bäcker, keine Gastronomie etc. vor Ort. Wohnung deutlich kleiner als Bilder, aber gute Aufteilung und toller Balkon. Die Lage macht den Preis ansonsten viel zu teuer für die eher spartanische und günstige Ausstattung. Neben-/Verbrauchskosten schlugen mit über 60 € für 3 Nächte zu buche. Als Willkommensgruß gibt es eine Kostenauflistung, was alles als Extrakosten berechnet wird. Ganz klares Profitdenken, keine persönliche Note. Wir sind Naturliebhaber und es ist schon ein komisches Gefühl in so einer Siedlung in Mitten unberührter Natur zu wohnen. Die langen Strandspaziergänge entlang des angrenzenden Naturstrand haben wir genossen. Auch der Deich und Fördewanderweg ist ideal für Radfahrer und Hundehalter. Hier eine Bitte: Hundehaufen bitte mitnehmen, denn wir als Hundehalter möchten in ein paar Jahren wieder kommen, wenn alles fertig ist.

Massiver Baulärm

Von morgens 6uhr bis nachmittags um 16uhr waren wir massivem Baulärm ausgesetzt. Die Unterkunft war umringt von Baggern und Rüttelplatten. Deswegen erfolgte die Abreise einen Tag eher. Erholung? Fehlanzeige! Eigentlich sollten die Bauarbeiten seit zwei Wochen abgeschlossen sein…
