Eva 5 is a spacious, luxury apartment which sleeps eight guests in comfort.
It has a large, open plan living area, which opens onto a sunny front balcony, with uninterrupted mountain views. There is a large flat-screen TV with DVD and a separate CD player.
There is also free wi-fi. The oak dining table can seat eight. In the kitchen area there is a breakfast bar; oven; four ring hob; microwave; dishwasher; fridge and separate freezer.
The master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower and W.C.. There are two twin bedrooms and a fourth bedroom /study with a double sofa-bed and desk. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and W.C.; it also contains the washing machine/dryer.
There is thermostatically controlled underfloor heating throughout the apartment, and constant hot water. The apartment has a reserved underground parking space for one vehicle, which guests are at liberty to use.
In the basement there is a fitness room and a washing/drying room and a ski cellar.
All flats in the Schönblick Mountain Resort SMR Rauris Apartments & SPA are privately owned and therefore particularly well equipped and very family-friendly. They are characterised by their excellent location.
