Above Gadaunern, on the southern slope between Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein, is the house Freiraum Gastein with 3 spacious apartments with stunning panoramic views over the valley. All apartments have balconies facing south and west.
The house is located about 100 meters above the valley floor. The road is cleared in winter to the house by the community. The nearest restaurant is 600 meters away, supermarkets are 2.5 km away, and the Schlossalm Ski Area is 3.5 km away. At the Schlossalmbahn there are large free parking spaces.
The house is located above the Gastein bathing lake, which is reached in 20 minutes walk.

Amazingly spacious house with a beautiful view

Spacious, well maintained, easily reached, quite surroundings. Great place to stay when skiing.

Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig gestaltet - die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung sind top! Einzige Kritik: Obwohl für Endreinigung ein Preis verrechnet wird, findet diese offensichtlich kaum statt. Die Küche war vom Vorbewohner noch vollgesspritzt und auch Bad/WC waren definitiv nicht gereinigt! 😠

Wunderschöne, große Wohnung

Eine wunderschöne große Wohnung über 2 Etagen! Viel Platz, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gemütliche Betten, toll ausgestattete Küche in wunderschöner Umgebung und mit toller Aussicht. Duschen im oberen "Museums-"Bad ist ein Abenteuer, wenn man nicht auf kalt-Duschen steht... mit "Trick 17" hat es dann irgendwann geklappt ;-) WLan leider sehr schwankend und an den letzten zwei Tagen gar nicht mehr vorhanden, sehr zum Leidwesen unseres Filius. Ansonsten (außer Küchenrolle und ausreichend WC-Papier - nur 1 Rolle im unteren Bad) alles vorhanden. Toll wären noch Bodenhandtücher in beiden Bädern, ein weiteres Küchenhandtuch und ein weiteres Handtuch-Set p.P. gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne noch einmal wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal so ein Schnäppchen machen... ;-)
