There’s also a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and plenty of room. Upstairs, you’re greeted by a light-filled lounge with a sofa and TV – a cozy space for quiet moments. Adjacent to the lounge are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. From the upper floor, there is a partial view down to the living area below, safely enclosed with a railing. From the kitchen, you can step right out onto a large wooden deck – perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast or magical evenings. The lush, spacious garden offers room for both play and relaxation. Please note: there is a private building on the property that is not included in the rental and must not be entered. Welcome to enjoy peace, nature, and modern country living – all in one place! This is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the stress of city life and focus on calm and relaxation. Just a few steps away, there’s a local inn (Gästis) open for most of the summer. If you’re up for an adventure, the location is ideal. You’ll find beautiful beaches along the coast near Ystad, Löderup, and Sandhammaren. Cities like Ystad, Simrishamn, and Tomelilla are nearby if you want to shop, dine, or simply stroll around. Be sure to visit the highly recommended café "Olof Viktors" in the area, and don’t miss stops like the Old Bakery in Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm, or the medieval castle Glimmingehus. Just a few miles away, you can explore Ales Stenar, Kåseberga, and many other sights. For children, there are plenty of adventures to discover, such as Skånes Djurpark (Zoo), Ystad Zoo, and Tosselilla Summerland, just to name a few. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to the island of Bornholm. And don’t forget to enjoy fishing in the many beautiful lakes of Skåne.
