The Dairy - 3 miles from stunning Aberporth Beach

The Dairy at Crynga Mawr, part of a beautiful historic mill transformed into a 3 bed luxury holiday cottage.

Located in the coastal countryside closes to the beach and set in 13 acres of pasture & woods, only 3 miles from the fishing village and stunning beach of Aberporth and 10 min drive from historic Cardigan.

A variety of local beaches offer surfing, paddle boarding or just lying in the sun. Very close by there's plenty of restaurants, attractions and local spots to explore.
The space
Crynga Mawr Farm was founded in the 1820s to make use of the natural spring to power a mill and dairy. It sits in a sheltered spot with stunning views across the countryside, and lots of nooks and crannys to explore.

The Dairy is a traditional stone building with walls over 2ft thick and large slate flagstone floors.

It has recently been converted to a high standard whilst maintaining the original features such as exposed beams and slate flag floors

There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin and a discrete sofa bed in an alcove is also available for use in the master bedroom.

There is a large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with open plan dining room .

A stunning lounge with large leather vintage chesterfield sofas and cosy wood burning stove.

Two bathrooms including the master bedroom an ensuite and a separate downstairs toilet make it perfect for larger families.

The Dairy has a private secluded garden but also has French doors opening from the lounge onto a sunny open garden with views to the woods and streams beyond it

Other things to note
Dog are always welcome but a maximum of one is allowed in The Dairy (unless by prior arrangement), please let us know in advance as there is an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay. But do please bring your own blankets throws etc and don't allow pets on the beds or sofas, or leave unaccompanied whether crated or not in the cottage at anytime. Please also make yourself familiar with our dog section in the house rules.

If you intend to use the futon please let us know when booking so we can leave the bedding for you.

Amenities such as hairdryer, iron, first aid kit, additional pillows, blankets and BBQ's are available on request.
