Destin Oasis Private Pool & Golf cart Beachside Sleep 10 King Summer Deals!!

Memorial Day CheckIn available for up to six night stay! Rare last week of June available for 6 night stay Sunday 6/22 -Saturday 6/28.

Tropical Breeze is a private home located across from Crystal Beach in the upscale community of Terra Cotta Terrace in Destin, Florida. Just a few minutes to the private beach access you will find yourself on a soft sugar-white beach with dazzling emerald waters. You can easily walk to the beach or drive the golf cart. The 6-seater golf cart is included in the rental price.

Tropical Breeze is a three-bedroom, three bath vacation home which features a bright decor, a private balcony off the master suite to have your early morning coffee or late night cocktail, a garden tub in the master bath with shower for late evening relaxation, and a king-sized bed for your sleeping comfort. At the opposite end of the upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bath with a walk-in double shower. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is also a pullout couch on the main floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Technology: cable TV, Sonos Music Speakers, WIFI, SmartTVs, Apple TV’s. New 65” OLED Smart TV installed 11/22. All bedrooms have a TV.

Outside:
Private full-size pool is NOT a plunge pool. There is an outdoor closet with beach chairs, rafts, pool toys etc. The outside deck was recently restored and a new grill is onsite. Our house is also dog friendly.

Note:
Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking)

Pool heating fee is $50/day or $250 for the week. (Please contact us to add this option to your booking. We can include a quote with heating but instant booking does not have this option)

Check-in and check-out notes: For Summer 2025 stays will be from Sunday to Sunday. It's less busy to travel and get your groceries on this day!! Please inquire if wanting to stay longer than 7-days when booking and we can provide options.

Sophomore spring break

Wonderful trip! Great location. Golf cart is key! It was a mom and four sixteen year olds. They had the upstairs and I had peace on the main floor. Pool was warm and a great addition. We loved the golf cart and the freedom it gave us!Highly recommend this location!

Excellent house perfect for our family. The location was perfect, the private heated pool was amazing and the golf cart was in excellent condition (like new). We are already looking forward to the next trip back. The communication with Car was also perfect. I recommend this house.

We enjoyed ourselves so much at the tropical breeze beach home. Had everything you could need. We packed floats and a wagon for beach but no need they had it all. Carl was a wonderful property manager checking on us and seeing if we needed anything I would stay here agian!

Beach is a block away

House extremely well stocked and items in perfect working order. This neighborhood is aging but that is the offset to be so close to the beach. Property owner was awesome if you have any questions.

Paradise Home away from Home

Our stay was great! The home is in a perfect location, away from all the craziness of the main drag, but close enough to walk to the beach in a few minutes. The small touches for thw kids was so nice. We brought a portable crib with us, but there was one already in the home, so we didnt need to lug one down and up the stairs for our 7 month old. The golf cart was an awesome touch too, we could get almost anywhere we wanted in it, so it was super convenient! We will definitely be booking again.

Happy New Year

We wanted to give our family a Happy New Year and Tropical Breeze did not disappoint! The house is exactly as described. Clean, spacious and more than enough room for the seven of us. The host is very friendly and responsive to our requests. I recommend this property for anyone looking to get away for a long weekend or yearly vacation!

Great Home

It was a great home for our family vacation. It rained the entire time but that was no fault to the home. Pool was dirty was only issue encountered but didn’t get to use it anyway due to the rain. Wish how far the home was from the beach had been in the description. Overall was great for our party of 4 adults and 2 small kids.

Spring Break April 2022

The house was clean and well stocked. The location is great. The heated pool was perfect, we used it everyday. It's a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The private beach access was nice. The closet full of beach accessories is a great addition. The golf cart was an awesome bonus! It was a short golf cart ride to restaurants and shops. My family loved taking the golf cart instead of getting in the van. The owner was responsive and helpful. My whole family really enjoyed our stay!

Home Away From Home

If you are looking for a very comfortable place to stay, look no further! This was the perfect vacation for our family. From the moment we walked in the door and smelled the cleanliness, NOT the over use of bleach like some places we've stayed at through VRBO! The decor was a perfect beach heaven! You could tell that the owners and property manager took pride in the house and wanted to make sure that everyone staying there did too! The sheets and bedding were so soft and comfortable especially being sunburned. Again, the last 2 VRBO vacations that we booked, the pillows were flat, the sheets were dry and itcy and the sofas and blankets were very uncomfortable and made our stay unpleasant. At TROPICAL BREEZE, it was hard for us to want to leave because it was so cozy! It was such a bonus that they had not 1 but 2 pack and plays there and they dont charge you extra for them like most places. Traveling with our granddaughter we have enough stuff that we have to bring, and they have lots of games and beach stuff as well. They also have everything there that you could need so you dont have to waste money buying things that you need and wont really use again or dont want to pack to bring back home. We are already looking for dates to stay there again next year! The golf cart was what initially caught our eye but after arriving we realized this was the total package! Thanks for taking such pride in your rental.

Great property

We really enjoyed the location, the pool, and the golf cart. Having the golf cart included in the property reservation made it very convenient for moving around the area and shuttling family and items to the beach. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect getaway close to beach

Loved our stay! The golf cart made getting around to restaurants and shopping a breeze! The house is well maintained and clean. The pool out back was wonderful for morning and late evening swims. The resort had a large pool and other amenities that we didn’t use. Hoping to book again for next year!

We absolutely love the Emerald Coast and the location of this home. Our desire to find a home with a private pool and walkable to the beach was found here with Tropical Breeze.
