Welcome to Zula Beach Destin!

Our address is: 93 Cobia St, Destin FL 32541

Our beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms and an office that can be used as a 4th), 3 bathrooms, can sleeps 16 guests plus a crib (optional).

Large (15ft x 30ft) Heated Pool!!! and a separate hot tub, Pool and/or Spa heating fee is optional, $50/day for both pool and spa (we can't offer partial stay heating). We can also offer just spa heating for $35/day. Pool/Spa heating fee paid separately after you book.

We're pet friendly! Well behaved pets are welcome with $150 pet fee for the first 2 pets. If you plan to bring more than 2 pets please contact us (additional fee apply).

The beach is literally down the street and The Pompano Public Beach Access is just a short 4 minutes easy walk to the end of our street and one street over.

Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and more, Ready to prepare yummy meals with a large fancy dining area and breakfast bar seating.

75” (oh yes!!) TV in the living room with all the streaming channels you love!

Ready to play? ping pong table and a kids play set at our large private fenced back yard.

1st bedroom ('The Queens') - sleeps 4 people

2nd Bedroom ('Family Style') - sleeps 6 people
- Queen size bed.
- Queen over Queen Bunk Bed.
- Bathroom with access both from room & hallway
- Smart TV

3rd Bedroom ('The King')

4th bedroom ('The Office')
- Full size sleeper sofa
- Desk & Office chair

All 16 guests can sleep in the 3 bedrooms, the 4th bedroom/office is just for added space and privacy if needed.

All bathrooms have a soaking tub.

For a good night sleep we put luxury memory foam mattresses in all rooms.

Also available a pack and play and a high chair for your tote. We Do Not provide linens or blanket for the Pack n Play Crib.

Smart HD TVs are available in all rooms with all you can watch streaming apps (no cable or local channels).

High Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard.

Washer and Dryer in house, Laundry detergent provided.

Outside:
Beautiful huge all around deck with chaise lounge and chairs. Relaxing hammock under the trees.

PRIVATE Large yard with a large deck and a pool. Pool depth is 4-4.5 all around.

Gas grill for great cookouts (connected to natural gas). Seating area with a fire pit, ping pong table and a picnic table.

PLEASE NOTE: If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.

Other things to note:
No more than 16 people are allowed on the property at any given time.
No Parties or events are allowed.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
No loud music or amplified sound that can be heard outside of the house.
If the majority of adults in your group are under 25yr, we require $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.
If no one in your group is 21yr we do not allow alcohol on the property.

This house is gorgeous, and the location is perfect. It's just a short walk from the beach, but still close to the stores in town. The house is well-equipped with anything you might need to enjoy a wonderful time in Destin, and the owners and property manager are all friendly, easy to work with, and more than accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful place.

Zulu Beach House Review

We had a fantastic stay at the Zulu Beach House - I loved the main living on one level as it kept everyone together. Everything accommodated our young adults and parents to enjoy our time together- the big table, the sectional with big TV and the incredible outdoor area decorated with beautiful palm trees cascading magnolia tree with pool hot tub ping pong table grill and covered area allowed for anytime and late nite gatherings Beach wagon and accessories were plenty and the walk to the beach was perfect we felt like we had everything we needed We used tarpon beach access very responsive owners Great memories created we hope to come back again!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Zula Beach! We loved the outdoor area, ability to sit at the kitchen table together, ease of check in, proximity to the beach, and the size of the rooms! Not to mention that the beds were all very comfortable! I loved cooking in the kitchen and we all enjoyed our time! We would go back to Zula beach without a second thought! They had everything you’d need to get to the beach and enjoy the day! Truly a wonderful experience!

Wonderful home and stay.

Love this home! By far our favorite home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was great, from the clever WiFi password and tv login, to the supplies that were abundant and not just cheap broken items, to the amazing pool area with a fire pit and games to play. It was all great. We always rent a golf cart, but even walking the beach access is super close. And the owners are very responsive and helpful. We will be booking again!

Wonderful experience at crystal beach!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Crystal beach. The owners were truly amazing in answering my questions so quickly leading up to our stay, and getting in contact with us so we could check-in early. For my friends who arrived early due to early flights, parking at the house was such a nice option as they could then walk to the beach (only a 10 ish minute walk down the road!). The house was open and spacious (kitchen, living area, deck, pool area, everything!), perfect for a group of 12 gal friends reuniting and wanting to chat all together!! We have no complaints :) thanks for a great experience!

Great family home in a GREAT location! Easily walkable to the beach. Clean, open floor plan, but bedrooms are separated enough for everyone to have their own space. Bedroom hallway is longer than a bowling alley! Kitchen is large, and nicely equipped with dishes/glasses/appliances. Awesome countertop space for our pizza making stations! Beautiful dining room table for family dinners. Bathrooms all very nicely updated and equipped. The pool area could not have been any better with a heated pool and spa and sand at our toes! We enjoyed the home and our stay very much!Kudos to the Weinstein's (hosts), as the communication was 5 Star from the start. Super nice, super responsive, and instructions were super clear! They should teach classes on how to be a great VRBO host! Would definitely recommend for you not to hesitate to book this house for your vacation!
