Family-Friendly Home with Nature Views

Welcome to a large nice house in a rural idyll with proximity to Ulricehamn's city center. Here you live nicely with large areas and beautiful nature next door. This house is a private residence that they let out for rent during the summer. You have an inviting terrace with sun deck outside the house. Next door is a rippling stream and a beautiful magic forest. The house is large and everything is in one plan. Open floor plan where living room and kitchen are integrated into one. A perfect room for conversations with friends, family and good dinners. The house is bright and homely. You are welcomed into a large hall. To the left is one bathroom which is fully tiled with shower / toilet. Straight ahead, the living room and kitchen spread out together with the exit to the large terrace. To the left are two bedrooms. One with a double bed 180 cm and the other with a bed 140cm. To the right is the master bedroom with a double bed 180cm. To this bedroom is another bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Everything is very well planned and homely. The house shares a plot with another guest cottage located next to the garage. Not far from your accommodation is Lassalyckan which serves food and is a large nice leisure facility with nice trails for those who want to hike, jog, mountain bike or cross-country ski. Here you can also rent bicycles and canoes. The Ulricehamn Ski Center is about a 10-minute drive from your accommodation. Swimming is advantageous in the beautiful lake Åsunden which is about 3 km away and is very popular for swimming and fishing. This accommodation is perfect for couples or for the small family who want peace and proximity to experiences and swimming. Warm welcome.

Ruhiges und großzügiges Haus.

Großes, sehr sauberes Haus mit Sonnenterrasse, guten Duschen und Betten in ruhiger Lage. Küche gut ausgestattet. Auto erforderlich. Im Winter sicher. Ich besser, wenn man die nahegelegene Sportanlagen Lassalyckan intensiver nutzen kann. Aber auch im Sommer einen Besuch Wert für Freunde der aktiven Bewegung (mal nachschauen, was dort alles geboten wird!) Auf dem Grundstück ist noch ein weitere Nebengebäude, das separat vermietet wird. Stört sich aber gegenseitig nicht.
