Enjoy the Ocean views from this inviting and spacious three bedroom condo in Wild Dunes. 2100+ square feet on one level with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, beach , and beautiful pool grounds. Great vacation retreat for family and golfer getaways. This beautiful condo is located in the Ocean Club condo complex, considered by many to be one of the nicest in the Wild Dunes Community. Gated grounds with guard control during the day, elevator access and a semi private beach provide desired tranquility and relaxation. Residents can take full advantage of the onsite pool, outdoor grills & natural walking trails. A community hot tub with spectacular ocean views is secluded among the the magnificent live oaks. It is within walking distance to the Links Clubhouse and a short drive from many of the historic sights and fabulous restaurants located in and around Charleston. No smoking, no pets. Wireless internet is included for your stay.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Things to Know:
• This property has a strict 2-vehicle capacity.
• Garage parking is exclusively for owners.
• This property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or gym—only the Ocean Club pool.
• Starting mid-February 2025 through approximately January 2026, major construction will be taking place at Ocean Club Building 1, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No construction will occur on weekends. While this unit is located in Building 4, which will not undergo any renovations, there may still be significant daytime noise. Please keep this in mind when booking during this period, as Island Realty may not always be aware of specific project details or schedules.

A beautiful condo!

I branched out this year if my typical IOP locations and it was a much needed change and memorable stay. The condo was beautiful, beautifully decorated and roomy! Fully stocked with all the kitchen accessories for cooking, plenty of blankets (which I love), and puzzles. I would highly recommend this to others!

Great location with ocean views

We had a great stay! Loved being able to go out on the balcony to sit and see the water. Set in the very back of Wild Dunes. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are a little dated but clean. Had all the amenities we needed. They did forget to give us a pool pass so we had to stop at the rental agency which is over 10 minutes away to get one. Would be nice to not have to stop at the rental agency coming and going to get keys, etc. Overall though, not the end of the world.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was just like pictures. Nice location. Loved the pool for our granddaughter. Cons/. Had to go on the balcony to get phone service. There was parking under the condo but we were not able to use it because we were not owners. But we had rented it for the week. No TVs in the master bedroom or big guest room. The drier had issues. Maintenance cane the next day but had to order parts.

From reading past reviews it appears it has been out of order for a really long time. Why are the owners not repairing it?

Reviewer Comments: Another nice stay at 4107 we really like the condoAnd location / it was our 4 th time there We do think it needs a small facelift especially in the Living room area couch is soiled and dirty and needs a steam cleaning Dinning room table showing wear more too / deck nice furniture and nice views but wish some trees on left trimmed y to see ocean better / Mattress in master bedroom needs replaced as it sags on one side / WW missed the 40 percent off sale by one day and were disappointed they wouldn’t grant that to us after 4 stays / we appreciate the screen door off living room / overall a B plus stay but hopefully owners will do a little upgrade soon / great food as always at Long Island cafe fish great !Wonderful service but you NEED a reservation always ! Good 3 days DJ

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 5 ladies staying 3 nights at 4107 Ocean Club. Check in was easy at the rental office. Upon arrival the condo is clean and comfortable. The pictures are representative of what to expect. Bedding was nice, pillows were a little too large to be conformable for sleeping. The dishwasher needs repair as it is not secure under the counter and also the soap dispenser does not open. The master bath tub is still waiting on a repair part from June 2023 according to other reviews. The fireplace is also inoperable due to maintenance issues at the complex which also seems to have been going on for many months. Would have been nice to know both those amenities were not available. Also, the deck seating is comfortable, but there is only seating for 5 and the condo sleeps 6, so the really should add another seating option. Kitchen is stocked well enough for dishes/glasses but no extras like spices, zip locks, Tupperware, coffee or paper products. Cell service in the condo is non existence regardless of carrier. The wifi is spotty and provided by the rental company. They need to add boosters. Pool area is very nice but be aware pool and hot tub close at 9pm. The condo does not provide any pool/beach towels (There was only 1 towel per person provided) and no beach chairs or toys. Lighting needs improvement as some bulbs are burnt out and lights over dining table are very dim. Stay was pleasant, but overall needs maintenance and some love and care considering the price for the rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW! Step back to the 80’S. This unit is not terribly bad it is just old and ten years past needing an overhaul, all of the walls and fixtures are original. A lot of the units in Ocean Club have been renovated and many are in the process of being taken to the studs to update. Another concern is that the HOA is not taking very good care of the grounds and it looks a little bare. As a general rule all of Wild Dunes is a little long in the tooth, there are some newer condos there but you have to pick and choose. I would look at some newer private constructions on Sullivan or Palm Island

We had one issue with dishwasher but maintenance man came within 15 minutes of my call .... Very nice and professional and fixed it quickly ! Staff always nice and helpfulUnfortunately when we left the elevator on our sideWasn’t operating and we had long walk to other side of building ( challenging for us older folks with knee / hip mobility issues... but we managed )Nice six days to relax and watch ocean from nice deckwith new deck furniture!! We look forward to coming back sometime / we still have a 25 percent discount from our May 2023 visit so hopefully we can use thatnext time !! and great seafood at Long Island Cafe !Next to Harris Teeter ! Ocean Club 4107 Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very spacious and loved the location. Bathtub in master bath had a note advising not to use and noticed this on prior reviews. Light in shower in Master bathroom was dangling from ceiling which should not have been in this condition upon our arrival. Several power outlets in the condo did not work. Cable TV did not work in bedroom with twin beds. We should not have experienced any of these issues due to the dollar amount we paid. All issues were reported to property management prior to us checking out. Building was under some renovation and we were bothered by the various noises from construction equipment throughout the property.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here / stayed here 4 years ago and was nice clean well equipped/ now they have added new large rug in living room ( nice) and brand new deck furniture with new cushions/ unit clean as before very comfortable and good not great views of the ocean /Shower floor in second bathroom VERY slick and definitely needs a rubber mat / I almost fell but didn’t / only issue lots of workbeing done outside as gutters were replaced so we had Beep beep beep much of the day ( I realize maintenance needs to be done ) couldn’t use deck until after 6pm ex for few minutes here and there so went to the pool to relax / nice pool too /We plan to rent again later and Whitney at island R said they willwork with us on a better rate due to noise last week / it’s a great clean comfortable unit / we had a get the tech guy to show us how to use allthe TVs but he was very helpful and came quickly when I called / nice guy too / we highly recommended this condo / housekeeping did a great job of cleaning before we arrived too / great 5 days and great weather!Thank you / just get the bath rubber mats before someone does fall Good time even with the beep beep beep ha / DJ
