The condo was everything they advertised. Very easy access to the beach and comfortable chairs in the balcony to enjoy the view of the ocean. Very clean. Kitchen provided all is needed to make a meal. What was great was having 3 bedrooms with its own bathroom.

Property sits too far back from the beach, too long of a walk. Only one hair dryer available. Should provide a hair dryer for each of three bathrooms. Plenty of towels but could have used more wash cloths.

I was very disappointed with the communications concerning “Beach Front”. The communications you misled us. The ocean is approximately 250 yards from the condo property. We had to lug our beach gear two and a half football fields and over a 3’ diameter pipe in the middle of the beach sand (which I assume was due to beach restoration) to set it up. I specifically asked if there were issues with the beach at this property due to beach erosion and they assured me there was not. I have stayed beach front throughout the east coast and this by far was the worst “beach front” I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend staying on the beach somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the beach access did not meet your expectations during your stay. The property is an oceanfront condominium with direct beach access and no buildings or other properties between the condo and the ocean. At the time of your stay, an active beach renourishment project was underway in the area. This project involves adding a significant amount of sand to widen and restore the beach, which temporarily increased the distance from the condominium to the waterline and included equipment associated with the project. While the beach itself was accessible, we understand that the wider beach and ongoing renourishment work may have made the walk to the water less convenient than you anticipated. We appreciate your feedback and regret that this impacted your experience.

Our family has stayed in many places in both Wild Dunes/Isle of Palms. 210 Summer House was by far the best. I think we all appreciated the fact that you walk out your door and the beach is right there. So convenient to go back-and-forth. The pool is beautiful and has plenty of seating, tables and umbrellas. The grounds are very well maintained, and there was ample parking. The home itself was beautiful and each bedroom had its own private bath.The furnishings were very nice and very modern. The kitchen was well stocked and had the neatest cupboards we have ever encountered at the beach. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our week there and have already reserved for next year.

Perfect location in Wild Dunes. Second floor gave a great view and has an elevator making it easy to unload and pack up. VERY clean, great pool, beautiful beach. Highly recommend this vacation spot!

Great space, great views, and good amenities. Although we were there in January and couldn't use the pool, the walk to the beach was right outside the pool area - just a few steps away.Remember to bring your own bath soap!Things that can be better - The secondary showers were not able to get hot water. There were stains on the linen and rust on the bathroom counters, shower heads, and faucets.We never had to contact the host; everything was self-explanatory.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is in a gated community so make sure you know the name of your rental building when you first approach the gate. Our stay was in March, we were aware the pool was not heated. We were able to use the pool loungers on a windy day but the bathrooms at the pool were not working properly. We also had an issue with the dishwasher and the hotwater tank. The management company responded quickly and everything was fixed the next day. The kitchen had everything we needed, well stocked. The unit was very clean.

Very Nice, Clean, and lots of space for big family

Highly recommend this condo and our family will be staying again. Deck, large windows and three sliding glass doors are parallel with the ocean for great unobstructed view. Patio overlooks the pool. Two Large king beds for adults & a small child too. The two double beds were perfect for our three older teens, off the kitchen. They had a separate space away from the master bedrooms & adults, to stay up late. Every bedroom had a large bathroom. Condo is larger than pictured.

Wonderful location and condo

Ocean Oasis is a wonderful 3 bedroom condo that felt just right for our family of 6 (kids between age 6 and 14). Plenty of space to spread out without the price of a house. Owners are very communicative and check-in process was easy (minus not having a parking pass until after checking in, however the gate gave us a day pass without a problem). Wild Dunes is a very nice area with easy access to the beach and pool. Would be nice to have access to the resort pools, although it appears they have stopped allowing owners give out the Sports Card that is needed. Easy access to Charleston (20 min) and Mount Pleasant (15 min) which has a wide variety of shops/restaurants.
