It is located in Alcanada, in one of the most emblematic areas of the north of Mallorca, with panoramic views of the bay of Alcudia and just a few minutes from the beach and the Alcanada Golf Course. This apartment is an ideal option for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea.

The house has 100m2 that are distributed on the same floor, the hall with access to the living room with two sofas and a large window with access to the covered terrace, next to the living room we have the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and the barbecue, going down 4 steps down we have the kidney-shaped pool (4x6m) and the hammocks. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one room with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), another room with a double bed (150x190 cm), and another room with a double bed (150x190 cm) with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a large dressing room. There is another full bathroom with a bathtub and a utility room with a washing machine.
Highly recommended for a nice vacation near the sea!
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
