Mirador Blue F is a newly built luxury apartment for 5 people located in front of the Cala Sant Vicenç beach with a garden, WIFI and AACC.



This apartment has an excellent location overlooking the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntanta that can be enjoyed from its open garden and the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. On the terrace there are outdoor sofas and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining room with fabulous views of the beach.



Mirador Blue F offers three rooms:

- The first room has two single beds joined together as a double and has a private bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace.

- The second room offers two single beds of 90 x 200 cm.

- The third bedroom has an 80 x 190 cm bed and access to a small rear terrace.



In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.



The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that leads to the bright private terrace with excellent views of the sea.



The Mirador Blue F apartments offers its clients high speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and air conditioning hot and cold. In front of the house there is a large free public parking. There is also a private car park in the building that costs €6/day.



This apartment is ideal for those travelers who want to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in summer, it is also a perfect place for fishing, diving, cycling and hiking trips outside the main tourist season.





It is located in Cala Molins, one of the three beaches that make up Cala Sant Vicenç, (Cala San Vicente) is a small but spectacular beach resort located on the north coast between Pollença and Puerto Pollensa and between the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana . The incredibly clear waters of Cala Sant Vicenç are surrounded by impressive rocky cliffs.

Almost everything! One of the most beautiful places/beaches in the north-west of the island. Great apartment with a huge terasse, a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge. There's everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2 problems in the bathroom: the air vent is not working so even after a short shower the bathroom walls and surfaces stay wet for a long time the towel hooks are too far from the bathtub

Great stay!

We had a great stay and we hope you go back. The apartment is beautiful, new and clean with plenty of space and a nice terrace to hang out. We were 3 adults and a 3yo, easy with kids or families. The location is amazing, walkable to three beaches that were very private during the week, a bit more people on Sundays but still very enjoyable. There are some good restaurants at walking distance and some small stores for basic stuff. The host was always responding, provided us many helpful suggestions and was so kind to give us a late check out that made our last day very easy. Thank you so much! Only thing was some kitchen tool: potato peeler, an induction adapter for the moka coffee maker that was not an induction one. And maybe less furniture on the patio that was pretty full. Not a big deal, just if I need to find something. We loved our stay and had a great experience!

Off season FAIL

We came here for the new years holiday, not knowing that the town this condo is located in is completely boarded up and closed for off season. The company shouldn’t be renting this off season, knowing that the town is dead. Foreigners have no way of knowing, and nothing was said in the description. We saw only a couple of people and had to drive to the next big city for food—not even a market was open. It was very creepy. Furthermore, the condo was freezing cold and we couldn’t get the air conditioning unit to turn off. There was no heat, only one extra blanket for the five of us (we have three young kids) and we had to leave early and forfeit the entire stay. The management told us “you get what you pay for” but the pricing was comparable to other listings in better areas. Misleading, and not ok!

It's sure that in all tourist places there is a low season and a high season, and the same is true in Mallorca. L'appartamento è bellissimo, la caletta è molto affollata. Di sera non c'è niente, alle 22:00 è gia tutto chiuso. Zero bar o altro. All'arrivo il frigo non raffreddava e le luci in una camera non funzionavano. Abbiamo contattato l'Agenzia che ci ha confermato che avrebbe mandato subito un tecnico ma nonostante i solleciti non è mai arrivato nessuno (soggiorno di 4 giorni). Sicuramente non ci torneremo.

Buongiorno, caro ospite. Ci dispiace che il suo soggiorno non sia stato piacevole come speravamo. Riguardo al suo commento, devo dirle che Cala Sant Vicenç è un posto tranquillo, sia sulla spiaggia che nella zona in generale, prevalentemente residenziale. Ci sono diversi ristoranti di ogni tipo, dai più semplici ai più sofisticati, come "U Mayol" del prestigioso chef Santi Taura, che vanta due soli Repsol e una stella Michelin in un altro dei suoi locali. La sera, dopo cena, è un posto molto tranquillo, dove non ci sono discoteche, pub o altri locali con inquinamento acustico... che può raggiungere viaggiando per 10 minuti da Pollença o Puerto de Pollença. Per quanto riguarda il frigorifero e le luci in camera, funzionano perfettamente. Non so come ci abbia contattato perché abbiamo esaminato tutte le comunicazioni con lei e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna notifica in merito. In ogni caso, abbiamo appena controllato e tutto funziona perfettamente. Allo stesso modo, grazie per il tuo contributo e cordiali saluti.

Lage ist schön

Lage ist schön, jedoch blickt man vom Balkon auf den Parkplatz. Wohnung ist nicht gepflegt und billig ausgestattet. Keine guten Betten (nur Gestelle), im Bad funktioniert die Lüftung nicht und die Wohnung war etwas dreckig - zum Beispiel war viel Kalk im Bad und der Spiegel ging von unten kaputt. Türen von den Bädern ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Beschreibung korrekt erfassen - es besteht nur sehr eingeschränkter Blick auf das Meer und bei billigster Ikea Austattung ist für mich der Begriff Luxuswohnung falsch.

Tolle Lage, aber keine Luxuswohnung, moderne Bauweise, aber billig ausgestattet

Die Wohnung wird als Luxuswohnung inseriert, ist aber einfach eine moderne Wohnung, die jedoch offensichtlich nicht gepflegt wird (verkalkte Wasserhähne, kaputtgehende Spiegel, defekte Belüftung). Ausstattung ist m.E. Auch nicht Luxus, da billigstes Ikea Equpment. Zudem gibt es keine Nespresso Maschine. die Fotos sind daher etwas irreführend. Die Lage hingegen ist sehr praktisch, jedoch blickt man von der Terrasse auf den Parkplatz und nicht wie die Fotos erhoffen lassen auf den Strand oder das Meer.

Today we received a 10/10 rating on this same apartment on another vacation rental platform. We are surprised that you say that there are broken mirrors and calcified taps since it is a new construction of less than 5 years and also, as you could see, we have a maintenance service that is every day in the building just to carry on the maintenance of the apartments and that these are always impeccable. En un mot, parfait! Cet appartement est situé en front de mer, dans une petite station balnéaire loin de la foule. Il est neuf, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé (même un barbecue) Je recommande vivement
