Perfect spacious house in fabulous location

My family and I (7people) stayed in Casa Maria over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic, set towards the bottom of the historic Calvari steps in the heart of Pollenca, close to the square. The house is large with four floors, one of which is a comfortable roof terrace with superb views over the town and the Puig de Santa Maria. The three double bedrooms and the twin are lovely, one of which has the most amazing panoramic view. There’s plenty of space for cooking, dining and relaxing inside, and the whole place is tastefully decorated. Everything worked as it should (heating, dishwasher, security etc.) and the hosts were very helpful when meeting us and communicating through the stay. There is free parking a 5-10minute walk away and also some limited parking very close by (as well as the garage) if you have a small car to navigate the very tight lanes of the old quarter. We can’t wait to go back!

Casa Maria has it all! Location, amazing house with breathtaking views and the most hospitable hosts! This beautifully appointed house provides a quiet and convenient setting in the heart of Pollença. Casa Maria old world charm offers all of the amenities necessary to have a very comfortable stay. Close enough (4-5 minutes walk) to the historic time square where you can find good restaurants, little boutiques and far enough to enjoy picturesque views and a peaceful morning coffee on it’s roof terrasse. We cannot say enough about our hosts, Joana and Rafael. Great communication throughout the entire process, very accommodating and easy to work with and especially helpful in providing great recommendations! At our arrival, they went above and beyond by greeting us, giving us a walk through of the home making sure that we had everything we needed, and even surprising us with a nice gift basket! They made us feel right at home! So thoughtful and much appreciated!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, for your warm hospitality and for helping us make unforgettable memories! Truly a memorable stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!
