Welcome to Number 4, in Margate. This home has recently been renovated to a high standard, providing a comfortable and stylish self-catering retreat. The owners welcome kids of any age and pets are very welcome too. The apartment lies right on the coast in Margate, you can enjoy the breathtaking sea views from almost every room in the house. Please note that this apartment is right next door to Number 3 and would be ideal for two small families, a large family or a group of friends looking to get away together and have separate living spaces.

The space

The apartment is arranged over one floor and has two bedrooms (one king, on bunk beds). All rooms have peaceful sea views and each bed has high quality linens and towels.

Kitchen/living area

The kitchen/living is open and fully kitted out, perfect for those who like to cook. All the kitchen appliances are new and to a high spec (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven and washer/dryer). The owners have put in a coffee machine, juicer and an ice machine, and the large oak dining table seats six people comfortably.

Study

There is a separate study room, perfect for home schooling or working from home with views of the sea which provides a peaceful space.

The flat has strong WiFi and EE TV in the living room. Please feel free to use the recordings and nowTV option also. Each room is fitted with DAB radios, which also have an aux cable for connection to your headphones socket.

Bathroom

There is a large bath with an over head shower and a lavatory.

Things to note/ house rules

The apartment is on the second floor. Please kindly note that the entrance way is run down and the owners are working on redecorating it. There are no internal stairs in the flat itself.

The owners have left a selection of toys, and bucket and spades. There is a travel cot, which can be dressed on request, the house is suitable for small children, and there are plug safety covers if required.

Strictly no smoking and no parties or events.

Pets are welcome at an extra cost of £25 per dog.
