The La Nassa apartment is a charming two-room apartment located in the Pescarenico district, an ancient fishing district of the city of Lecco, the scene of numerous events in Manzoni's I Promessi Sposi. The apartment is located on the ground floor and welcomes you, passing through an alley, and then through a large door, into an internal courtyard of the property, an ideal space for those who want to spend some time outdoors and away from the confusion small town. The main entrance consists of a short corridor that leads into the living room, the focal point of the house with open kitchen, dining room, sofa bed and fireplace. The space has two windows overlooking the alley and two French windows opening onto the private courtyard.
On one side, passing in front of the fireplace, this space leads to the bedroom equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a French door that also opens onto the courtyard.
On the other side, however, a door separates the large room from the dressing room with shower and sink, and then leads to the toilets.
The house is equipped with everything you need: linen, pans, dishes, kettle and coffee maker. The kitchen top is induction; the kitchen also has an adapter for those who need to use pans that are not suitable for induction. The dishwasher is certainly a plus that many guests do not disdain. The heating is underfloor.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a separate waste collection room.
This comfortable solution, immersed in the alleys of this ancient village, is a stone's throw from the bank of the Adda river which, during a pleasant walk, takes you to the city center.
