Newly built, beautiful, modern and comfortable villa with private pool, suitable for 10 people, near Umag. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking a large pool with deck chairs, beautifully landscaped gardens and green surroundings, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and two en suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the second floor are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and one with a private bathroom and pool view. Air conditioners are located in the living room and in the hallway on the second floor. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning in the room. The rental price includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, bed linen, and towels. If you are planning a relaxing holiday with your family or friends, a quiet holiday in luxury but in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets are not allowed. The house is 5 km away from the center of Umag and the nearest beaches. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Youth groups are not allowed.

Tolles Haus für große Familien

Das Haus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichet. Fast alles was man benötigte war vorhanden. Highlight ist natürlich der Salzwasserpool. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.
