Located on the second floor of a family home without an elevator, it offers a relaxed and homey setting, perfect for disconnecting from the daily rhythm.



The apartment features a bright living-dining room with a fireplace, an ideal space to share family moments both in summer and during cooler seasons. The independent, fully equipped kitchen facilitates the preparation of home-cooked meals with total comfort. It has four bedrooms, a full bathroom and a courtesy toilet, designed to offer space and functionality to all guests. Additionally, the accommodation provides wifi service.



Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant private terrace, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, quiet meals, or relaxing during warm summer afternoons. At the entrance of the apartment, a shared garden adds a natural and welcoming touch to the whole.

Its wide golden sandy beaches, the seafront promenade and its Mediterranean climate invite relaxation, sunset walks and enjoying the sea every day. The town has a pleasant commercial area, restaurants and markets where you can taste local cuisine and find everything you need during your stay.



At the end of August, Pineda de Mar fills with joy with its Fair and Major Feast, one of the most anticipated moments of the year. Concerts, traditional activities, shows, fireworks, and a lively festive atmosphere create an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

. Pickup hours: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM



- Arrival options:



1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.

2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.



. Online check-in is essential to complete the registration of your reservation and to streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from the HHR computer system.

. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will communicate it to us.

. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: 1.10 € per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.

. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be admitted.

. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with pets in this accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
