The house is located in the Llanada Alavesa, 1 hour from La Rioja Alavesa, Bilbao, and Pamplona, and less than an hour and a half from San Sebastián. Also very close to the Aizkorri, Gorbea, Aralar, and Urbasa Natural Parks, ideal for hikes and walks of all levels.
The area also offers the opportunity to take bike routes around the Ullibarri-Gamboa reservoir, with more than 50 km in an unbeatable setting along the lake, as well as kayaking excursions.
The owners live on the first floor, sharing the main entrance to the house with the guests.

François y Caroline se alojaron en nuestra casa con su familia una semana. Nos ha encantado conocerles, son muy agradables. Tuvimos muy buena comunicación desde el principio. Estamos muy agradecidos por su amabilidad y respeto por el lugar. Cuando se fueron dejaron toda la casa muy limpia y recogida y eso es de agradecer. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarles y los recomiendo 100% como huéspedes a cualquier anfitrión.

Un gran fin de semana en un lugar inmejorable
La casa es una maravilla: grande, espaciosa, con todo tipo de detalles y un jardín espectacular. No me quiero imaginar las posibilidades que tiene un lugar así en los meses de verano, pero intentaré volver para comprobarlo. María es encantadora, divertida y muy detallista, está claro que le gusta que el que se quede en la casa tenga una gran experiencia en ella. Tiene la casa impecable y no duda en responder ante cualquier necesidad que pudieras tener. Sin duda, MUY RECOMENDABLE

Da gusto recibir a huéspedes como Jose María y su grupo. Previamente a su llegada nos comunicamos con bastante frecuencia lo que facilitó muchísimo el poder prepararles la casa adecuada a sus necesidades. Jose María es muy abierto, cercano y positivo; fue como hospedar a un amigo en casa. Tranquilos y muy respetuosos, dejaron todo limpio. Sin duda espero recibirles de nuevo.

El alojamiento es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos alojamos mi familia un fin de semana y no pudo ser mejor. La casa grande y acogedora en una sola planta, el entorno para pasear y cerca de Vitoria y Maria, amable y disponible para cualquier cosa. Un placer

Nerea y su familia son unos huéspedes muy agradables, cercanos y respetuosos con la casa. La comunicación con Nerea fue muy fácil tanto antes como durante la estancia. Estuvieron sólo un fin de semana pero la experiencia fue muy buena. Sería un placer hospedarles de nuevo.

Localización perfecta para explorar Vitoria en grupo
Mis amigos y yo estaomos muy contentos con la casa de María. Es muy amplia y bonita. El jardín es precioso y las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, igual que la cocina. María nos ayudó con consejos para visitar el entorno natural y la ciudad. Nos encantaría repetir en otra ocasión :)

Fue un placer alojar a Maria y sus amigos, la comunicación con ellos antes de la llegada y durante la estancia fue muy fácil. Un grupo muy tranquilo y el último día dejaron todo muy limpio y ordenado. Sin duda sería un placer alojarles de nuevo.
