The complex is secure. The unit has two really nice patio areas. It was clean and spacious. Host has some additional items for the beach that are available such as chairs, umbrella, toys! It is in a great location and we were able to enjoy some beautiful beaches!

The place is exactly as advertised. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything needed for a fantastic stay. The thoughtful safety features, such as electric socket protectors, make it a secure choice for families with kids. The common areas are also very clean.

Quick getaway with an elderly parent and adult son. The property is very comfortable. Pool is great and in front of the apartment. Security available 24/7. Located a mile or so from the beach.Everything was in working order and clean.Owner was very responsive.

Pe Erre Vacation

Easy check in and check out. Property owner/manager, Jorge responded back quickly with any questions that we had. Clean and secure property. Condo was clean and comfortable. Perfectly located next to the pool. Condo is a two minute drive to the supermarket and a very short distance to Playa El Combate. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the west coast.

Fantastic Weekend

My family and I stayed at this location and we were extremely satisfied with all. The location was perfect (close to beaches, grocery store and many things in the area). The condo and the grounds were both in prestine condition and was just as comfortable as home. Lastly, Jorge the host was gracious and helpful with every question we had. Thanks so much!!! We will be back.

Wonderful Property

Jorge the manager was a dream! He was excellent with communication before and during our rental! He even sent us links to some area attractions, restaurants, and excursion companies, we used and visited several of his suggestions. The property grounds were very well kept and it is a gated complex that had security 24/7. The actual apartment is an older building but has been remodeled somewhat, it had great furnishings and was VERY clean! It was in a good location close to lots of amenities and things, even a mexican restaurant in walking distance! We would definately rent for Jorge again! Thanks for a great beginning to our Puerto Rico visit!

This place is great and Jorge was amazing. We got there around 1am and couldn't figure out the code and Jorge answered the call and helped us. The pool was always clean and the security personnel were very friendly.The location is perfect, a lot of great places to eat and visit.
