Serenity by the Sea – 3BR Penthouse with Semi-Private Beach, WiFi, full A/C

Serenity by the Sea AB-4 is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom walkup penthouse.   Our condo is on the 4th floor with an open rooftop terrace. Building does not have elevator. Condo is newly renovated and includes high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, nicely stocked kitchen and gas grill.

Serenity by the Sea is a beautifully maintained high-end complex with excellent amenities, including 24/7 security.  The condominium is a walk-up, so there is no elevator.  Complex has basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, kids playground, common area BBQ's, pool and small gym. Power generator for refrigerator outlet so your food will not spoil if there is a power outage.

It is a very serene ambiance, that you will love.  If you want to have a relaxing gateway enjoying the sounds of the waves and breathtaking sunsets in a semi private beach, this is definitely the place for you!!

Quiet hours are ALL day and night. It is a residential condominium.
Do not hang anything from balcony railings nor from rooktop terrace walls.

The accommodations were immaculate. The private rooftop area was incredible. The pool and semi private beach were added bonuses. Highly recommend.

Fantastic week in Cabo Rojo

The condo was big and clean upon arrival. Breakfast on the rooftop looking at the ocean was the best. We stopped in Mayaguez Walmart on the way to condo for basic foods snacks cases of water umbrellas for beach. The pool area was lovely and the popular beaches are within 20 minutes. We ate alot in Joyuda waterfront dining options and Buena Vibre was great closer to the condo!!
