Enormous 1 Bedroom End Unit Condo with 800 sq ft of living space that has just been totally remodeled. Very bright and cheerful with an open floor plan! Only 300 steps or a peaceful 3 minute walk to the beach.

Brand new furniture, linens, bed, flat screen TV, Corian counter tops, appliances - including dishwasher - and full size washer & dryer, cookware, etc. I also provide beach towels. Only one block away from the secluded South Beach at the mouth of the Back River & just three blocks away from the Tybee Pavilion & Pier, the main strip of shops, restaurants, famous bars and other attractions. Everything is within walking distance!

Once you get here you truly will not have to move your car for the length of your stay! Condo is very bright with many windows and is finished off with a very beachy theme. Art work from local Tybee artists. Go ahead and make your reservation today. This is truly a great bargain!

This is my one & only vacation rental which I manage. It will be the cleanest rental that you will ever stay at!

Great location and host

Our host Brenda was very communicative about the check in/out process and she even included many recommendations on things to do in the local area. The house was very clean, and the area itself was very nice. In the future I would definitely renting here again!

Great location

Property is in great location. Only a few blocks from the ocean, at the pier. Really enjoyed the balcony and washer and dryer was a big plus. Great place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and i enjoyed staying here. Easy walk to the beach and all the businesses close by. The rental had every amenity we could have needed and was very comfortable. The host was great, and it made our stay on the island relaxing and enjoyable. Would gladly stay here again.

A Great short getaway

The condo was incredibly clean and is conveniently situated by the beach and a couple restaurants and bars that are within walking distance. Communication with the owner was very fast and friendly. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you're looking to explore the island, or Savannah

Perfectly Placed

Our stay was perfectly placed near the beach but also near all the attractions. Communication with the host was excellent. Brenda provided many places to visit while staying. We loved the recommendation of the Farmers Market— it’s a must!

More than we could have Imagined

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay! It was in a perfect place and made our trip very enjoyable. We were minutes away walking from the beach and restaurants. Perfect getaway!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our vacation! This property was perfect for my spouse and I to enjoy a relaxing long weekend at the beach. It is located in the perfect spot; on a quiet street but within walking distance of everything you could need, including quick and easy beach access! The property was clean and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will be booking again! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

Great distance from anything!

This condo was the perfect get away for us! The residence was cozy and so close to everything we wanted to do. I didnt even have to use my vehicle for nearly the entire week! We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores as many times as we wanted a day. The clothes washer and dryer was a huge bonus as well!

Clean, quiet...

Long weekend workout the kids and we liked the spot. The condo was clean and quaint. The owner lovely. Decent food within walking distance. My favorite was the surfing goat coffee and bagel shop. We visited historic Savannah with the beach as our home base. I ❤️ salt water. Well appointed and again, the owner, Brenda, is lovely.

Very cute place. Super location!!

We met 4 others couples and their places were same price and tiny and more north so they had to rent golf carts. Our place was very spacious and in great shape (except the laundry closet door wouldn’t close, no biggie) Thanks Debbie, already recommended your place to our friends.

The condo was in nice area and easily accessible to the beach, about a 10-15 minute walk. The first floor’s sliding glass door’s seal has failed and leaks water when raining. Along with some drop ceiling tiles have water stains. Overall, these things did cause any difficulty staying there.

Tybee Island Cute Rental

The rental was cute, however the coffee maker did not work, several light fixtures did not work and the dishwasher was not attached to the wall. I communicated the first two items to the owner and tried o remedy them per her instructions with no luck. Great location, just a few snags.

Style over Substance

Cute place with lots of light, but not homey or cozy. There are no comfy chairs or couch for chillaxin’. Kitchen was probably most spartan I’ve ever seen in a rental. There is one plastic spatula, one big bread knife, and a dismal collection of probably free coffee cups, no amenities.

Fell short of 5 stars

Everything was great, perfect location, but the outside sections were not as listed and were in really poor condition. Couldn’t even sit in the chairs on the balcony. That wasn’t a huge deal for us because we pretty much just slept and got ready there and didn’t hang out but if we wanted to we definitely couldn’t outside which was the only down fall. Other than that the place was clean and exactly as listed. I would stay there again!

I currently live in Atlanta, GA, but I'm originally from Tampa, FL and love the beach. I started coming over to Tybee in 2006 because it's the closest beach to Atlanta, GA. I fell in-love with it immediately and have come to think of it as another place I call home.

Why they chose this property

I've stayed in this condo at least twice a year for the past 7 years and just love it. When I was on Tybee for Beach Bum in May 2017 and staying in the condo, I found out it was for sale. I knew I had to pursue buying it - and it worked out! I am thrilled!

What makes this property unique

It's a fantastic condo - it's just the right size for a vacation, it's adorable, it's close to everything - the beach, the intercoastal, the back river, the pier, restaurants, bars, art galleries, coffee shops...and it has parking. Park your car and don't get in it again until your visit is over.
