Loved the location of the condo, specifically for the view. We didn't get to enjoy the balcony much because of the strong cigarette and Marijuana smell/smoke from somewhere close, at all hours of the day and night! The condo had some upgrades in process and some of the furniture was worn but otherwise a comfortable stay.
Property was great. Georgia was unseasonably hot. Couldn't enjoy much outdoors. The pool we used wasn't clean and the water so warm it wasn’t enjoyable.
Very nice location and close to everything at Tybee Island.

The condo was in the perfect place. Beautiful view! Sunsets are amazing. There seems to be a few projects that are process, but overall a nice place to stay.
This was in the perfect location! I loved to sit on the balcony and people watch. It was a great place to watch the sunset and the dolphins playing.
The beach was not too crowded and just a minute away.
The properry was awesome and the atmosphere is very laid back. The view is amazing with many dolphin and cargo ship sightings. Jim the property owner is amazing. We'll definately be back.
We have stayed here before and the view is the absolute best. So many dolphins and such a quiet area. The condo is fine, nothing special, but comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. We weren't aware there was a Keurig coffee maker, so didn't bring our K-cups, and the coffee maker is a small one, but that certainly didn't affect our stay.
We stayed in this unit on 2/15-2/21/25. The location & view was great, but it was filthy, there was mold, the paneling on the walls was blushing due to moisture, there was no trim around the sliding door to balcony, the wind blew through and blew the curtains around. Attempted to reach owners, phone# listed in unit was wrong.
This was our first time on Tybee Island and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! The view from the condo’s balcony was lovely. We liked that the beach was way less crowded than other areas on the island and the waters were much calmer too. Very easy access to anywhere or anything you needed. I’d definitely return. Cheers!
The view is amazing. We have stayed in various units at the resort. Older resort but well maintained. Suggestion shower liner needs replacing. Love the north shore with Savannah port ship traffic.
I loved everything about this place. Everything was super easy with checking in. Directions were sent to me prior to leaving home. The condo was so super clean! I am really picky about staying places other than home and I had no issues here. Great balcony view of the ocean. I loved staying at the inlet. We saw tons of dolphins during our stay! The pool looked great though we stayed on the beach the whole time. Close to great places to have dinner. Would definitely book again!
The condo was not on the ocean but the bay/Savannah River side & the view was pretty. the place could really use some updating. The couch was large enough for 2 small children or a young adult to sleep on but it was dirty. There is no dish washer nor ice maker, no table ~ just a bar with very uncomfortable stools to sit on. Some of the dishes, etc. left from the previous occupant were dirty. We chose not to cook & eat in ~ partly due to the small stove size & not much in the way of pots & pans. The bathroom was small & oddly laid out ~ 2 people could not be in & out of it without bumping into each other (& we are not big people). All in all, it would be good for a couple or a family with 2 small children ~ especially in the summer. There wasn't much of a beach due to a constant high tide but the pool looked nice. The one thing we really appreciated was the laundry room located just outside our door & there was one on each floor of the complex. The one elevator in our complex was way down the other end & made for a very long walk. The condo would really be nice if it was updated & the repair work started on the walls & other areas was completed.
First time staying in this unit but third time at the complex. Thoroughly loved the unit and the views. Nothing beats seeing dolphins every day from the balcony. Always beautiful views between sunrises and sunsets
Property was adequate and furnished same. Perfect size for no more than two people. LR tv worked well. We didn’t use the BR tv. Ceiling fans only worked on high speed. Fan on stove top was missing. No lock on sliding storm door. Had to call for code for key lock box upon arrival. Response was prompt. Second key was not left on kitchen counter upon arrival. Had to alert manager. Linens were clean. Kitchen was clean. Nice little refrigerator. The number one complaint was the number of cockroaches in the unit. It needs infestation control. They were seen in every room and one on the bed. They were climbing on the living room mirrors, kitchen floor, bathroom and kitchen floors. A definite turn off. If it weren’t for that it was a cute little place at a very affordable price. Dolphins, to boot!
The place was alright. Was hard to find at first, and then not realizing there's no elevator to take any of your stuff up to the 3rd floor. The room was a little run down as well as the toilet kept running randomly. The view was awesome though! One thing we did not like was getting woken up at 8am on Thursday with someone banging on our door.. find out that it was maintenance, but we never called for them. The guy was kinda rude at first, and then to finally found out he's at the wrong room.. it was a good get away for our honeymoon tho, but maybe update the place.
The location was excellent. The view amazing. Parking-easy. The air conditioning worked amazing during hot summer months. Unfortunately items which really detracted from the property were bugs inside the property, cleanliness, and lack of safety. There is no deadbolt locking mechanism on the main door as well as the sliding glass door on the balcony. When you’re paying lots for a vacation, cleanliness is expected.

Wonderful ocean view but awful walk from parking lot
Great view of dolphin, fishing boats and commercial ships in an inlet of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of this unfinished condo. The walk from the parking lot was several hundred feet making some kind of a cart a near necessity. We travel heavy with some of our stuff in boxes without wheels. Owner - a big strapping guy - did assist our departure. Almost the entire old wooden building consists of short-term rentals. Our unit was unfinished, with bare wood in several places, empty hole where deadbolt lock should have been, ancient furniture and tiny breakfast bar. Chairs on balcony were missing slats. Still, great view.
The villa was fantastic. The view was unmatched, we were able to see countless dolphins from the balcony. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back again in the future.
We have stayed at the Savannah beach and racquet club many, many times. It is our favorite vacation spot. This unit was clean and had everything we needed. A big plus was some of the small items in the unit —like coffee, dry creamer and sugar. This unit has new looking deck chairs where we sat and watched boats, dolphins and sunsets. Binoculars would be a plus—units I’ve stayed in in the past had them. Makes seeing the dolphins easier. Nice kitchen and living areas! We would stay here again if it’s available!
Overall nice stay. Notified rental agency of some minor repairs needed around sliding glass door otherwise was a nice place to stay for the price.

We're Hoosiers with a love for the beach, so when we found this beautiful oceanfront condo we knew it was a place we'd like to be able to share with others.
Why they chose this property
We love Tybee Island for its unique location... you are on the beach, away from it all. But if you want a little more excitement, downtown Savannah is less than 20 minutes away!
What makes this property unique
Watch the dolphins play for hours from the balcony. The condo faces the water, about 1 mile past where the Savannah River and Little Back River meet the Atlantic Ocean. Watch huge cargo ships on their way to the Port of Savannah, shrimp boats, and every kind of recreational watercraft out there.
