Villa Kokolja is newly built modern property boasting five bedrooms and can sleep twelve guests. With stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the famous Croatian sunset whilst relaxing with your loved ones with a cool glass of wine.
Entering the villa, you step into the first vibrant and spacious open-plan dining and living area. This open space is perfect for large gatherings and group meals, with plenty of space for everyone. It even has a very large and comfortable sofa that the whole group could fit on! The kitchen has all the equipment you may need, and plenty of space to prepare large meals.
Upstairs a second and similar kitchen and dining space can be found. The corner kitchen has everything you need for some fantastic home cooking, and the open-plan design ensures that it’s a sociable experience. The room is designed as such that you can admire the beautiful views even as you eat, gazing out to the horizon as you enjoy each mouthful. For a relaxing evening, we suggest you lay back on the large sofa, enjoying the lights along the coastline or perhaps turning away from the views for a moment to watch some television. Having the second living area is fantastic to give a little escape away from the group and enjoy a book in real peace.
With four double bedrooms and one twin across the three floors, there is plenty of space for you to spread out. Each room is unique in its décor and adds a wonderful character to the villa. All the rooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, so you can pack your bags to the brim! Each floor of the property also has its own bathroom, so there is no need to go up and down!
Outside the villa boasts its very own private terrace and pool. The terrace has a large outdoor dining area to enjoy cool evenings whilst doing some al fresco dining with your loved ones. The pool invites you to cool off with its gentle steps and incredible views of the islands and sea. You can then dry out on one of the sun loungers surrounding the pool.
To the front of the villa, another outdoor dining table and swinging chair are the perfect spots to relax in the shade, watching the world go by. Villa Kokolja is one of a kind, and an amazing place to relax with those you love.

Location:
Settled into the hillside directly opposite the popular village of Rogoznica, this beautiful villa offers spectacular views of the sea and opposing town. Rogoznica is the dividing point between the North and South Adriatic Sea and well known for its fantastic water sports adventures. There is an abundance of great restaurants, cafes and bars around the village, be sure to try the catch of the day, as the area is renowned for its fish delicacies. Perhaps the best thing Rogoznica is famed for is ‘Dragons Eye’ lake, the source of several myths and legends. The circular lake is guarded by cliffs from four to twenty-five metres high and is a great spot for any adventurous cliff diver. The hydrogen sulphide in the water is perfectly safe to swim in and sometimes causes the water to bubble up! Be sure to read all about the myths and legends from the information boards as you walk around the lake.
If you are looking for a busier and more energetic atmosphere, pay a visit to Primošten. Just a 10-minute drive up the coast, its bustling streets, busy restaurants and the area’s best nightclub, Aurora make fun a vibrant town to explore. The nearby towns of Trogir and Split are also UNESCO world heritage sites, famous for their ancient and medieval ruins. You can enjoy exploring some of the famous forts, palaces and cathedrals Croatia can offer, all within an hour’s drive.
An hour’s drive north is famous Krka national park. The park is home to a unique UNESCO world heritage site, the Skradinski falls. These stunning waterfalls cascade down the mountain into wonderful pools, these are perfect for jumping and swimming in throughout the day to escape the heat. The national park is a fantastic place for a day trip as there is a huge array of cycling, walking and even quad bike touring available. If these aren’t for you, there are also several fantastic boat trips from Skradin. A particularly excellent trip is a boat ride to the isolated monastery of Visovac. This island monastery is a truly beautiful setting and well worth visiting.
